Your Right to Withdraw. You have a right to withdraw from this agreement, without giving a reason, by calling us on 0800 917 8047 or by writing to us (American Express, Department 871, 0 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Brighton, East Sussex, BN88 1NH). Your right to withdraw ends 14 days from the day after you receive your card. If you withdraw, you must repay everything you owe us (except any charges) without delay and in any case within 30 days, starting the day after you tell us that you want to withdraw. If you don't repay us within 30 days, we may charge interest at the rates in this agreement until everything is fully repaid. You can contact us for details of what interest will be payable. By signing below: • you agree to the terms of this agreement; • you confirm that the information you have given us is true and correct; • you confirm that you are (and any supplementary cardmember is) over 18 years of age; • you request us to issue you (and any supplementary cardmembers named by you) with a card (including any replacement cards or other cards covered by this agreement). If your card comes with card benefits, by signing this agreement you're also agreeing to the separate card benefits terms and conditions. How Your American Express Account Works Part 2 of your agreement Using the card You may use the card up to your credit limit for purchases and, if we tell you, for balance/money transfers, cash advances and other types of transaction we may allow. If you ask us to make a balance/money transfer and the payment is delayed due to our error, you can ask us to contact the bank the payment was sent to, so that we can ask them to treat the payment as if it had been made on time.
Your Right to Withdraw. You have the right to withdraw from your agreement beginning on the later of (i) the day after your agreement is made (which is when both you and we have signed and dated the agreement) or (ii) the day after you receive a copy of your executed agreement, or (iii) the day we notify you of your actual credit limit and ends 14 days later. You can do this by contacting us on the phone number or address set out in the ‘Contacting Us’ section. If you cancel this Agreement any money you have paid, goods given in part exchange (or their value) or property given as security will be returned to you. You will still have to repay any money lent to you. But if you repay all of it before your first instalment – or, if you are not paying by instalments, within one month after cancellation – you will not have to pay interest or other charges. If you already have any goods under the Agreement, you should not use them and should keep them safe. (Legal action may be taken against you if you do not take proper care of them.) You can wait for them to be collected from you and you need not hand them over unless you receive a written request. You will not, however, be required to hand back any goods supplied to meet an emergency or which have already been incorporated, for example, in your home. But you will still be Liable to pay for emergency goods or services or for any goods which have been incorporated by you or your relatives. If you choose not to cancel you will remain fully bound by the Terms and Conditions of Use of this product.

Your Right to Withdraw. You have a right to withdraw from this loan credit agreement without giving a reason. You can do this by sending a written notice of withdrawal by post to Avantcard DAC, Dublin Road, Carrick-on-Xxxxxxx, County Leitrim. You have 14 days to do this from the day on which the loan credit agreement was signed or, if later, the date on which you receive a copy of this loan credit agreement. We will not charge you if you do this. You then have 30 days, starting from the date you send the notice, to repay us the amount of the loan. If you do not withdraw from this loan credit agreement, you will have to make payments under the terms of this loan credit agreement.

Your Right to Withdraw. You may withdraw your consent to receive eStatements at any time after your enrollment. If you wish to discontinue the electronic delivery and return to standard statement delivery, you may simply contact us by telephone at 000-000-0000 or by email at xxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Change in Terms and Conditions Clinton Savings Bank reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement and will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to the effective date if the change will result in increased fees or liability. Accessing your Clinton Savings Bank eStatement after you receive any notice of change will constitute your agreement to such change. If the software or hardware requirements change in the future, and you are unable to continue receiving eStatements, paper statements will be mailed to you once you notify us that you are no longer able to access the eStatements because of the changed requirements. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you before such requirements change.
