The Customer may Sample Clauses

The Customer may a) At any time, terminate this Authority as to future payments by giving notice of termination to the Bank and to the Initiator by the means agreed by me/us, the Bank and the Initiator.
The Customer may. 2.7.1 install and use the Software on the servers and for the number of named client users detailed in the Order Form
The Customer may. 6.3.1. before getting the service, read the terms of the Agreement, the terms of service, fee schedule;
The Customer may. (a) At any time, terminate this Authority as to future payments by giving written notice of termination to the Bank and to the Initiator. (b) Stop payment of any Direct Debit to be initiated under this Authority by the Initiator by giving written notice to the Bank prior to the Direct Debit being paid by the Bank. (c) Where a variation to the amount agreed between the Initiator and the Customer from time to time to be direct debited has been made without notice being given in terms of 1(a) above, request the Bank to reverse or alter any such Direct Debit initiated by the Initiator by debiting the amount of the reversal or alteration of the Direct Debit back to the Initiator’s Bank, PROVIDED such request is made not more than 120 days from the date when the Direct Debit was debited to my/our account.

  • The Customer (a) must provide CTI with reasonable assistance to register and perfect any Security Interest arising under or in connection with the Agreement;

  • Customer will (a) use the Services in accordance with the Agreement and all applicable laws. Customer remains responsible for the use of and access to the Services by Users and reasonably causing their compliance with the obligations under the Agreement where applicable to Users;

  • Customer The agency or eligible user that purchases commodities or contractual services pursuant to the Contract.

  • IBM Credit may in its sole discretion from time to time decide the amount of credit IBM Credit extends to Customer, notwithstanding any prior course of conduct between IBM Credit and Customer. IBM Credit may combine all of its advances to make one debt owed by Customer.

  • The Supplier Service Provider remains liable for its contractual obligations under the Agreement, including all services rendered by the sub-contractor.

  • Client Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and shall hold harmless Consultant and /or his agents, and to defend any action brought against said parties with respect to any claim, demand, cause of action, debt or liability, including reasonable attorneys' fees to the extent that such action is based upon a claim that: (i) is true, (ii) would constitute a breach of any of Client's representations, warranties, or agreements hereunder, or (iii) arises out of the negligence or willful misconduct of Client, or any Client Content to be provided by Client and does not violate any rights of third parties, including, without limitation, rights of publicity, privacy, patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and/or licenses.

  • End Users Customer will control access to and use of the Products by End Users and is responsible for any use of the Products that does not comply with this Agreement.

  • Supplier A manufacturer, fabricator, distributor, supplier, or vendor of goods or equipment in connection with the Work, or any other party having a Contract or Purchase Order with the Contractor or with a Subcontractor to furnish materials or equipment to be incorporated in the Work by the Contractor or a Subcontractor.

  • The Contractor shall cooperate with other contractors employed on the Project by the Owner, including providing access to the Site and project information as requested.

  • The Custodians The Custodian shall be subject at all times and in all respects to the directions of the Depositary and shall be responsible solely to it. Any Custodian may resign and be discharged from its duties hereunder by notice of such resignation delivered to the Depositary at least 30 days prior to the date on which such resignation is to become effective. If upon such resignation there shall be no Custodian acting hereunder, the Depositary shall, promptly after receiving such notice, appoint a substitute custodian or custodians, each of which shall thereafter be a Custodian hereunder. The Depositary in its discretion may appoint a substitute or additional custodian or custodians, each of which shall thereafter be one of the Custodians hereunder. Upon demand of the Depositary any Custodian shall deliver such of the Deposited Securities held by it as are requested of it to any other Custodian or such substitute or additional custodian or custodians. Each such substitute or additional custodian shall deliver to the Depositary, forthwith upon its appointment, an acceptance of such appointment satisfactory in form and substance to the Depositary. Upon the appointment of any successor depositary hereunder, each Custodian then acting hereunder shall forthwith become, without any further act or writing, the agent hereunder of such successor depositary and the appointment of such successor depositary shall in no way impair the authority of each Custodian hereunder; but the successor depositary so appointed shall, nevertheless, on the written request of any Custodian, execute and deliver to such Custodian all such instruments as may be proper to give to such Custodian full and complete power and authority as agent hereunder of such successor depositary.
