Subscription Fees. Licensee agrees to pay all Subscription Fees. Xxxxxx Xxx may increase or decrease such charges from time to time and Licensee agrees to pay any such adjusted charges; provided that the adjustment shall be communicated to Licensee in writing (a) on or before its effective date with respect to fees which constitute pass-through charges from Third- Party Licensors or other vendors, and (b) at least twenty (20) days before its effective date with respect to all other charges. Licensee’s continued use of the applicable Licensed Application(s) shall be deemed to be Licensee’s acceptance of any such adjustments.
Subscription Fees. Subscriber shall pay all Subscription Fees within thirty (30) days of its receipt of CPI’s invoice. All payments shall be made in U.S. Dollars by check, wire transfer, ACH payment system or other means approved by CPI. Customer may not offset any amounts due to CPI hereunder against amounts due to Customer under this Agreement or any other agreement. Subscription fees payable to CPI do not include any Taxes imposed thereon, and Subscriber is responsible for any and all such Taxes. All such Taxes shall be set forth on the invoice provided by CPI to Subscriber; provided that, CPI’s failure to include any such Tax on an invoice shall not relieve Subscriber’s liability therefor. Except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement, all payment obligations under this Agreement are non- cancelable and non-refundable.
Subscription Fees. Pursuant to S.L. 2015-241, s. 12A.5, NC HIEA shall become self-supporting through receipt of fees sufficient to offset costs of operation. However, NC HIEA will not charge Submitters to submit HIE Data as required by N.C.G.S. 90-414.4(b).

Subscription Fees. In consideration for the provision of the Service (except for Trial Service), Customer shall pay us the applicable fees per the purchased Subscription, as set forth in the applicable Order Form (the “Subscription Fees”). Unless indicated otherwise, Subscription Fees are stated in US dollars. Customer hereby authorizes us, either directly or through our payment processing service, to charge such Subscription Fees via Customer’s selected payment method, upon due date. Unless expressly set forth herein, the Subscription Fees are non-cancelable and non-refundable. We reserve the right to change the Subscription Fees at any time, upon notice to Customer if such change may affect Customer’s existing subscriptions upon renewal. In the event of failure to collect the Fees owed by Customer, we may, at our sole discretion (but shall not be obligated to) retry to collect at a later time, and/or suspend or cancel the Account, without notice.
Subscription Fees. I understand that the annual subscription fee is intended to alleviate the member’s liability for cost-sharing amounts for medically necessary covered services within the service area. Payment of fee may be by check, money order, debit or credit card. Effective Dates: The effective date of this agreement shall be the date your completed subscription agreement and fee are received and approved by the Authority. This agreement will be in effect for a period of one (1) year from that date.
Subscription Fees. Where Services are provided under a subscription model, the recurring rate for such Services shall be set out in the applicable Statement of Work, and invoices shall be issued monthly, or on such other period as set forth in the applicable Statement of Work.

Subscriber will not be entitled to any refund if Subscriber cancels its subscription more than thirty (30) days following acceptance of the subscription by Poten. Sales tax, VAT and similar governmental charges and fees are Subscriber’s responsibility and will be added and billed to Subscriber, if applicable. Poten shall have the right to charge one and one quarter percent (1.25%) interest per month on any amounts due outstanding beyond thirty (30) days. Interest will be calculated based on a thirty-day month beginning on the date the payment is due and ending on the date the payment is received.
