Event Tickets. In certain cases, if you purchase a ticket or pay for the right to attend an event from a Payment Recipient who is a UK registered PayPal Account holder (“Event”), all monies paid by you will be held by PayPal on trust for you, so that the beneficial interest in such monies remains with you until the performance of the Event in question. Event Tickets. For many events, tickets are sourced under license from the event organiser and may include administration, royalties or distribution fees over and above face value of the ticket. This is to enable you early access to the event and to guarantee those tickets under license. In some cases, tickets may be sourced from a secondary market or from another supplier. These additional fees will impact the outcome of cancellations by us, by Goverments or by stakeholders. Generally the face value of the ticket will be refunded only due to a force majeure. This will depend on other circumstances involved in the particular event booking. In many cases due to postponements of events or cancellations of events the tickets and fees may only be carried across to and valid only for the next scheduled event. This will be assessed and communicated to you on a case by case basis.

All redemptions are final. Since tickets are a one-of-a-kind item and not replaceable, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. If an event is postponed, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. If an event is cancelled without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be provided. ● All prices quoted include all service charges and reflect the cost of obtaining preferred seating. Most ticket prices are at or above face value. All prices are based on supply, demand, and seat location. Event Tickets. If an event is cancelled or postponed for any reason, there are no refunds, exchanges or credits unless a refund is provided by the organiser, secondary/intermediate supplier or venue. In this instance, you must retain your event ticket and only the face value of the ticket, less any applicable fees, will be refunded. It is at the discretion of the organiser or venues as to whether refunds will be offered for a cancelled or postponed event. Refunds for a cancelled or postponed event will only be processed if the ticket is provided to us intact and the barcode is legible, as this will be returned to the event or venue in exchange for a refund, less administration fees. This refund process can take an amount of time. We cannot be held liable for any losses or expenses incurred by an event cancellation or postponement. For this reason, we recommend purchasing a travel insurance policy when booking and can issue a policy for you or provide other recommendations. In the case of a cancelled event which is out of our control, where the face value of a ticket is refundable (this may not always occur), and we are able to obtain a refund or credit on any other services the Events Travel Booking fee structure listed in Section 4 will apply in addition to any funds we are unable to obtain a refund for. This fee is to cover our costs of operating our business well in advance of the particular event and the loss of revenue for the cancelled event.
Event Tickets. Grants from donor advised funds may not be used to pay for goods or services of value received by the donor, advisor or their family members. For example, grants may not be used to support any charitable event, including fundraising dinners, concerts, auctions, or other benefit functions when the donor would receive a return benefit, such as the benefit of being able to attend a fundraising dinner or event. Further, no grants may be used to pay for any portion of a split or bifurcated disbursement to a charity. A split or bifurcated payment refers to the splitting of a payment to a charity, such as for tickets to an event, into two parts: the deductible portion and the non- deductible portion.
Event Tickets. 6.4.1 Event Ticket Redemption You can redeem Points for event ticket Rewards from ATB Suppliers (ATB Ticket Redemption). The number of Points required for an ATB Ticket Redemption is set out on the Site or available by calling the ATB My Rewards Service Center. ATB Ticket Redemption can be paid for in full or in part by redeeming Points or charged to your Card Account. Any balance owing that is not paid in full by redeeming Points will be charged to your Card Account. A handling charge will be assessed for all event ticket Rewards. For ATB Ticket Redemption booked through the Site, any handling charge, and all applicable taxes and fees will be included in the price. The handling charge can be paid in full or in part by redeeming Points in which case the amount of the handling charge paid by points will be converted to Points and added to the total number of Points required for the ATB Ticket Redemption. Any handling charge not paid by redeeming Points will be charged to the Card Account. The handling charge is subject to GST.

Event Tickets. 6 Each Event Ticket sold by Us to You comprises two elements in relation to a Specified Event: a Vehicle Parking Charge (per Vehicle) and an Admission Charge (per Vehicle Occupant).
