Group supervision means the process of clinical supervision of no more than six persons in a group setting provided by a qualified supervisor.
Immediate supervision means under the physical and visual supervision of a pharmacist;
General supervision means the procedure is furnished under the supervising physician’s overall direction and control, but the physician is not required to be present during the procedure. General Supervision requires the performance of tasks and procedures in a manner that is consistent with state law, the applicable standard of care, Medical Staff Bylaws and hospital policies and procedures, but does not require Personal Supervision or Proximate Supervision, as those terms are defined below.
Community supervision means a period of time during which a convicted offender is subject to crime-related prohibitions and other sentence conditions imposed by a court pursuant to this chapter or RCW 16.52.200(6) or 46.61.524. Where the court finds that any offender has a chemical dependency that has contributed to his or her offense, the conditions of supervision may, subject to available resources, include treatment. For purposes of the interstate compact for out-of-state supervision of parolees and probationers, RCW 9.95.270, community supervision is the functional equivalent of probation and should be considered the same as probation by other states.
Deputy Mayor means the member of the Combined Authority appointed by the Mayor as the Mayor’s deputy;”;
Direct supervision means, in relation to paragraphs (b) and (c) of this subclause, that the powder monkey or the rigger, as the case may be, must be present on the job to guide the work during its progress.
Supervision means the ongoing process performed by a supervisor who monitors the performance of the person supervised and provides regular, documented individual consultation, guidance and instruction with respect to the skills and competencies of the person supervised.
Clinical supervision means direction or oversight provided either face to face or by videoconference or telephone by an individual qualified to evaluate, guide, and direct all behavioral health services provided by a licensee to assist the licensee to develop and improve the necessary knowledge, skills, techniques, and abilities to allow the licensee to engage in the practice of behavioral health ethically, safely, and competently.
Oversight means the term as it is defined in the Stewardship Agreement between CDOT and the FHWA.
Personal supervision means the dentist is physically present in the treatment room to oversee and direct all intraoral or chairside services of the dental assistant trainee and a licensee or registrant is physically present to oversee and direct all extraoral services of the dental assistant.
Data Controller means an entity that determines the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Data.
Supervising Contractor means the principal contractor retained by Settling Defendant to supervise and direct the implementation of the Work under this Consent Decree.
Protective supervision means a legal status created by court order under which the child is permitted to remain in the child's home or is placed with a relative or other suitable person and supervision and assistance is provided by the court, department of human services, or other agency designated by the court.
Natural Resources Assistance Council means the natural resources assistance council created pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 164.21 as well as its members and officers.
Deputy Minister means the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Heritage, Sport, Tourism and Culture Industries;
Rehabilitation services means physical, occupational, and speech therapies, and items to assist in improving or restoring a person’s functional level.
Neurocognitive Rehabilitation means services designed to assist cognitively impaired Covered Person to compensate for deficits in cognitive functioning by rebuilding cognitive skills and/or developing compensatory strategies and techniques.
Controller means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data; where the purposes and means of such processing are determined by Union or Member State law, the controller or the specific criteria for its nomination may be provided for by Union or Member State law;
Rehabilitative services or “Rehabilitation Services” means physical therapy, speech therapy, and/or occupational therapy services prescribed by a Participating Provider for a Member to regain, maintain, or prevent deterioration of a skill or function that has been acquired but then lost or impaired due to illness, injury, or disabling condition as set forth in Part IX.A.7.a-b.
Rehabilitation Hospital means an Institution which mainly provides therapeutic and restorative services to Sick or Injured people. It is recognized as such if:
Department Representative means any officer, inspector, agent or employee of the Georgia Department of Agriculture who is authorized by the Commissioner with the duty of enforcing these regulations.
Chief Student Services Officer means the Administrative Officer at the College who has overall management responsibility for student services or his/her designee.
Certified rehabilitation means that rehabilitation of a certified historic property or portion thereof which has been certified by the Delaware State Historic Preservation Officer as a substantial rehabilitation and is in conformance with the Standards of the Secretary of the Interior for Rehabilitation (36 C.F.R., part 67) or such other standards as the State Historic Preservation Office shall from time to time adopt.
Rehabilitation means the repair, renovation, alteration or reconstruction of any building or structure, pursuant to the Rehabilitation Subcode, N.J.A.C. 5:23-6.
responsible Minister means the Minister with responsibility for administering the Victorian Industry Participation Policy Act 2003.
