Subscription Term. The transfer of Software Subscription(s) to Cloud Access does not change the start date or the duration of the original Software Subscription(s) and once your Software Subscription expires, your access to the Software Subscription in the Vendor’s Cloud will cease, unless otherwise renewed. You may renew your Software Subscription with Red Hat directly or an authorized partner.
Subscription Term. If Agency purchases Axon Citizen for Communities, Axon Redaction Assistant, or Axon Performance as part of OSP 7, the subscription begins on the later of the (1) start date of the OSP 7 Term, or (2) date Axon provisions Axon Citizen for Communities, Axon Redaction Assistant, or Axon Performance to Agency. If Agency purchases Axon Citizen for Communities, Axon Redaction Assistant, or Axon Performance as a standalone, the subscription begins the later of the (1) date Axon provisions Axon Citizen for Communities, Axon Redaction Assistant, or Axon Performance to Agency, or (2) first day of the month following the Effective Date. The subscription term will end upon the completion of the Axon Evidence Subscription associated with the add-on.
Subscription Term. The initial term of each subscription is specified on the Order Form. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term for additional periods equal to one year, unless either party gives the other written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of the then-current subscription term.
Subscription Term. The initial Subscription Term will commence and expire in accordance with the start date and end date set forth on the Order Form, unless earlier terminated in accordance with Section 8.2 below. Thereafter, the Subscription shall automatically renew for additional one (1) year periods (or for such longer period as may be set forth on a renewal Order Form executed by the parties) unless either party gives written notice to the other of its intention not to renew the Subscription at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the then-current Subscription Term. The initial Subscription Term, plus any subsequent renewal Subscription Term shall be the “Subscription Term”. For the avoidance of doubt, the term of this Agreement shall be coterminous with the Subscription Term.
Subscription Term. The TASER 7 Subscription Term for a standalone TASER 7 purchase begins on shipment of the TASER 7 hardware. The TASER 7 Subscription Term for OSP 7 begins on the OSP 7 Start date.
Subscription Term. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Order, each Subscription Term will renew for successive 12-month periods, unless either party gives the other party notice of non-renewal at least 90 days before the current Subscription Term ends.
Subscription Term. (a) Customer’s initial Subscription Term will begin on the start date and will be effective until the end date, unless Customer is otherwise notified by HRMANTRA’s team.
Subscription Term. The Service is provided on a subscription basis for the term specified in your Order Form, in accordance with the respective subscription plan purchased under such Order Form (the “Subscription Term” and the “Subscription Plan”, respectively, and collectively the “Subscription”).
Subscription Term the Initial Term together with any subsequent Renewal Terms, as referred to in Clause 3.
