Punchlist. Upon completion of the Performance Tests and prior to Substantial Completion of a Subproject, Owner and Contractor shall inspect the Subproject, and Contractor shall prepare a proposed Punchlist of items identified as needing to be completed or corrected as a result of such inspection. Contractor shall promptly provide the proposed Punchlist to Owner for its review, together with an estimate of the time and cost necessary to complete or correct each Punchlist item. Contractor shall add to the proposed Punchlist any Punchlist items that are identified by Owner within ten (10) Days after Owner’s receipt of the proposed Punchlist from Contractor, and Contractor shall immediately initiate measures to complete or correct, as appropriate, any item on Contractor’s proposed Punchlist (including those items identified by Owner during Owner’s review) that are not of a Punchlist nature. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Contractor and Owner are not required as a condition of Substantial Completion of a Subproject to agree upon and identify every Punchlist item and include it on the Punchlist, but Contractor is required to complete as a condition of Substantial Completion of such Subproject that does not meet the definition of Punchlist as provided in Section 1.1. In the event of a dispute regarding whether a specific item of Work meets the definition of Punchlist under Section 1.1, the Parties shall resolve such dispute in accordance with Section 18.1A. Owner shall provide Contractor with access to the Work after Substantial Completion of a Subproject sufficient to enable Contractor to complete all Punchlist items, so long as such access does not unreasonably interfere with operation of a Subproject after Substantial Completion of the Subproject or the Existing Facility and subject to any reasonable security or safety requirements of Owner. Upon Contractor’s completion or correction of any items necessary to achieve Substantial Completion of a Subproject, as modified by any Owner additions, such Punchlist shall govern Contractor’s performance of the Punchlist items up to Final Completion. All Work on the Punchlist shall be completed by the date required for Final Completion, as specified in Section 5.3C, or Owner may, in addition to any other rights that it may have under this Agreement, complete such Punchlist Work at the expense of Contractor. The punchlist shall be revised to reflect additional work items that are discovered during such inspection. Punchlist. (a) Contemporaneous with its delivery to Buyer of a Mechanical Completion Certificate, Seller shall deliver to Buyer a list of all Post-Closing Project Assets reasonably expected to be assigned, transferred, or conveyed by Seller to Buyer after the Closing pursuant to Section 11.2, which list shall be organized by category (e.g., Transferred Post-Closing Project Contracts, Transferred Post-Closing Warranties, Transferred Post-Closing Inventory, etc.).

Punchlist. The list of Work, submitted by Design-Builder and approved by Owner, which remains to be completed after Substantial Completion, and updated thereafter as herein provided, which shall be only those items of Work: (a) that do not preclude the Project from operating or functioning as it was designed and intended to operate; (b) the absence of which does not create any occupational hazard or hazard to the Work; and (c) the completion of which will not unreasonably interrupt or interfere with Owner’s ability to conduct its operations.
Punchlist. When the Trade Contractor considers that the Trade Contractor Work, or a portion thereof which the Authority agrees to accept separately, is Substantially Complete, the Trade Contractor shall prepare and submit to the Authority a comprehensive Punchlist of items to be completed or corrected. The Trade Contractor shall proceed promptly to complete and correct items on the Punchlist. Failure to include an item on the Punchlist does not alter the responsibility of the Trade Contractor to complete all Trade Contractor Work in accordance with the Trade Contract Documents. The Authority reserves the right to add to the Punchlist within thirty (30) Days after receipt of an acceptable Punchlist from the Trade Contractor. Upon receipt of the Trade Contractor’s Punchlist, the Authority will make an inspection to determine whether the Trade Contractor Work or designated portion thereof is Substantially Complete. If the inspection discloses any item, whether or not included on the Trade Contractor’s Punchlist, which is not in accordance with the requirements of the Trade Contract Documents, the Trade Contractor shall, before issuance of the Certificate of Substantial Completion, complete or correct such item upon notification by the Authority. The Trade Contractor shall then submit a request for another inspection by the Authority to determine Substantial Completion. When the Trade Contractor Work or designated portion thereof is Substantially Complete, the Authority will prepare a Certificate of Substantial Completion for execution by the parties.

Punchlist. Within thirty (30) days after the Commencement Date, Tenant shall give Landlord written notice specifying any details of construction, decoration or mechanical adjustment which remain to be performed by Landlord with respect to any Work; and except for the details contained in such written notice from Tenant, all obligations of Landlord in regard to the Work shall be deemed to have been satisfied. Landlord shall have the right to enter the Premises to complete any such unfinished details, and entry by Landlord, its agents, servants, employees or contractors for such purpose shall not relieve Tenant of any of its obligations under the Lease or impose any liability on Landlord or its agents, servants, employees or contractors.
Punchlist. Upon substantial completion of the Tenant Improvements, a representative of Landlord and a representative of Tenant together shall inspect the Premises and generate a punchlist of defective or uncompleted items relating to the completion of construction of the Tenant Improvements. Tenant shall, within a reasonable time after such punchlist is prepared and agreed upon by Landlord and Tenant, complete such incomplete work and remedy such defective work as are set forth on the punchlist.
Punchlist. Punchlist means a list of items of Work to be finished, remaining Work to be performed, or Work that does not meet quality or quantity requirements as required in the Contract Documents.
