Right to Add Clause Samples

The "Right to Add" clause grants one party the authority to include additional items, services, or terms to an existing agreement. Right to Add. During the term of the contract, the State reserves the right to add additional equipment and accessories, upon mutual agreement between the State and the Contractor(s) through a duly executed amendment to the contract.
