Mechanical Completion Certificate shall have the meaning ascribed in Section 8.1.

Mechanical Completion Certificate means the certificate by this name as described in, and in the form set forth in, Exhibit Q.]

More Definitions of Mechanical Completion Certificate

Mechanical Completion Certificate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.2.2 hereof.

Mechanical Completion Certificate means the certificate issued by IREL as per Article 12.

Mechanical Completion Certificate means the Notice, substantially in the form of Attachment XXXI, executed by Owner pursuant to Section 5.4.
