Completion of. CALLS Crew members who are unable to complete a call by the end of their shift shall remain on duty for the additional time required to complete the call. Pay shall be in accordance with Article 16.01.
Completion of. (a) the transfer of the Partial ROFO Shares to the Rights Shareholder or such other person as it may have nominated in the Partial-Share ROFO Response Notice in consideration for the payment of the Aggregate Partial-Share Purchase Price to the Selling Shareholder, (b) the transfer of all of the Remaining ROFO Shares to the Qualifying Third Party ROFO Purchaser at the Aggregate Remaining Share Purchase Price or a higher price, pursuant to clause 15.9, and (c) the payment to any Outstanding Claim Amounts in accordance with clause 14.7 shall occur simultaneously and, for the avoidance of doubt, neither transfer shall proceed unless the other transfer also proceeds.

The longevity payment shall be determined by the length of service occurring between November 1 and October 31 of each year. Employees who retire during the current year and are not on the payroll on October 31 will be paid a prorated longevity payment based upon hours paid during the current calendar year. Employees hired after January 1, 1999 shall not be eligible for longevity.

Letter to be stamped and signed. o A letter from the Landscaper stating that the landscape has been installed in accordance with the ARB approved plan. o A copy of the Original ARB approved submission with a photo of final colors, o A copy of the approved plans as submitted to the ARB, o Any other documents the Contractor or Owner may consider useful for the Owner or ARB.
Completion of a Utilisation Request (a) Each Utilisation Request is irrevocable and will not be regarded as having been duly completed unless: (i) it identifies the Facility and, if applicable, Tranche, to be utilised; (ii) the proposed Utilisation Date is a Business Day within the relevant Availability Period; (iii) the currency and amount of the Utilisation comply with Clause 5.3 (Currency and amount); and (iv) the proposed Interest Period complies with Clause 9 (Interest Periods). (b) Only one Advance may be requested in each Utilisation Request. 5.3 Currency and amount (a) The currency specified in a Utilisation Request must be dollars. (b) The amount of the proposed Advance must be an amount which: (i) in respect the Revolving Facility shall not exceed the lower of (i) 55 per cent. of the Market Value of the Core Ships as at the first Utilisation Date, and (ii) $725,000,000; (ii) in respect of the Transition Facility shall not exceed the lower of (i) 55 per cent. of the Market Value of the Transition Ships, and (ii) $375,000,000; (iii) in respect of the Advance under Tranche A, the lower of (i) 55 per cent. of the Market Value of Newbuild Ship A, and (ii) $47,500,000;
