Deliver to Buyer Sample Clauses

Deliver to Buyer. (i) a conformed copy (showing all recording information thereon) of the Recordable Documents, (ii) the original Xxxx of Sale, (iii) fully executed originals of the General Assignment, EFI Lease, and Child Care Center Agreement, (iv) the Non-Foreign Certification, (v) the Withholding Affidavit, (vi) the Natural Hazard Disclosure Statement, (vii) the Seller Estoppels, if any, (viii) the Tenant Notices; and
Deliver to Buyer the Assignment of Leases, the Assignment of Intangible Property, the Bill of Sale, txx Xransferor's Certificate, all documents and items required to be delivered by Seller pursuant to Sections 4.1 and 8.1.4 or any other provision of this Agreement, not otherwise previously delivered directly to Buyer, all other items deposited by Seller with Escrow Holder pertaining to the Property, and any funds deposited by Buyer in excess of the amount to be paid by Buyer under the terms of this Agreement.
Deliver to Buyer any funds deposited by Buyer, and any interest earned thereon, in excess of the amount required to be paid by Buyer hereunder.
Deliver to Buyer. (i) the Grant Deed by causing it to be recorded in the Official Records of the Ventura County, California and immediately upon recording delivering to Buyer a conformed copy of the Grant Deed; (ii) the Certificate of Non-Foreign Status and California Form 597; (iii) the Contract Assignment; (iv) any funds deposited by Buyer, and any interest earned thereon, in excess of the amount required to be paid by Buyer hereunder; (v) the Owner’s Policy; and (vi) the original executed Contracts, unless Buyer and Seller have made arrangements for delivery thereof outside of Escrow.
Deliver to Buyer. (i) conformed copies of the Deed and other recorded documents; (ii) originals of the other Closing Documents; and (iii) Buyer’s closing statement.
Deliver to Buyer. (a) the original Buyer’s Title Policy (within ten (10) Business Days after the Closing Date); (b) the original Certification and FTB Form; (c) a fully executed original of the General Assignment; (d) a fully executed original of the Assignment and Assumption of Contracts; and (e) a fully executed original of the Assignment and Assumption of Lease.
Deliver to Buyer. (1) the Grant Deed by causing it to be recorded in the Official Records of the County of Orange, State of California, and immediately upon recording delivering to Buyer a conformed copy of the Grant Deed; (2) the original General Assignment and an original Interim Occupancy Agreement, each executed by Seller; (3) copies of the Certificate of Non-Foreign Status and the California State Form 593-C; and (4) any funds deposited by Buyer, and any interest earned thereon, in excess of the amount required to be paid by Buyer hereunder. As soon as practical following the Closing, but, in any event, not later than ten (10) days after the Closing, Escrow Holder shall cause the Title Company to deliver the original Title Policy to Buyer.

Deliver to Buyer. (a) a conformed copy of the Deed; (b) the original Owner's Policy; (c) the original Xxxx of Sale; (d) the original Assignment of Leases; (e) the original General Assignment; and (f) the original FIRPTA Certificate.
Deliver to Buyer. (i) the Grant Deed by causing it to be recorded in the Official Records for the County in which the Real Property is located (provided that the documentary transfer tax will be indicated on a separate statement that will not be recorded pursuant to California Revenue and Taxation Code §11932), and immediately upon recording delivering to Buyer a conformed copy of the Grant Deed; (ii) one (1) fully-executed original of the Contract Assignment; (iii) one (1) fully-executed original of the Lease Assignment; (iv) any funds deposited by Buyer, and any interest earned thereon, in excess of the amount required to be paid by Buyer hereunder; (v) a proforma of the Owner’s Policy to be issued by Title Company; (vii) Seller’s the Non-Foreign Affidavit, and (viii) the Buyer’s Settlement Statement.
