Common use of Punchlist Clause in Contracts

Punchlist. The list of Work, submitted by Design-Builder and approved by Owner, which remains to be completed after Substantial Completion, and updated thereafter as herein provided, which shall be only those items of Work: (a) that do not preclude the Project from operating or functioning as it was designed and intended to operate; (b) the absence of which does not create any occupational hazard or hazard to the Work; and (c) the completion of which will not unreasonably interrupt or interfere with Owner’s ability to conduct its operations.
