Monthly Progress Reporting. The TSP shall provide to the Long Term Transmission Customers, on a monthly basis, progress reports with regard to the Project and its execution (in accordance with Agreed Form) to enable the Long Term Transmission Customers to monitor and co-ordinate the development of the Project, matching with the Interconnection Facilities. A copy of such monthly report shall also be sent by the TSP to the CEA.

Monthly Progress Reporting. The TSP shall provide to the CEA, Nodal Agency & Independent Engineer, on a monthly basis, progress reports along with likely completion date of each Element with regard to the Project and its execution (in accordance with prescribed form). The Nodal Agency/ CEA shall monitor the development of the Project for its timely completion for improving and augmenting the electricity system as a part of its statutory responsibility.

Monthly Progress Reporting. For the remainder of the CIA, OIG will require eCW to submit monthly progress reports on the status of its implementation and completion of remediation and corrective action on certain critical issues relating to the safety of eCW’s Electronic Health Record Software. Monthly Progress Reporting. The Contractor shall submit Monthly Progress Reports (Monthly Report) to NYSERDA's Project Manager in a template provided by NYSERDA no later than the 15th of the month following each reporting period. The Monthly Reports shall include but are not limited to workshop details, community campaign leads and installations, outreach/marketing activities, project tracking, stakeholder engagement, partnerships, etc. The Contractor shall ensure all agreed upon metrics and activities are included in the Monthly Report. The Contractor shall maintain and revise the Schedule of Hub Activities throughout the program period. Changes to the Schedule of Hub Activities are subject to NYSERDA approval. If the Project timeline is extended past the end of the Project Period listed as Item 6 on Page 1 of this Agreement, the Contractor shall continue to submit Monthly Reports, but no additional payments shall be allocated for those Deliverables, unless otherwise identified and approved by the NYSERDA Project Manager. Monthly Progress Reporting. The Contractor shall participate in progress reporting calls with NYSERDA’s Project Manager(s) and Technical Specialists on a monthly basis, at a minimum. Topics to be addressed include: ▪ Measure progress and implementation updates; ▪ Estimated savings; ▪ Verified and realized savings; and ▪ Identification of future measures. For all progress report meetings, the Contractor shall be responsible for preparing and distributing an agenda to all participating parties no later than five (5) business days prior to the meeting and disseminating meeting minutes subsequent to the meeting.
