Common use of Monthly Progress Reporting Clause in Contracts

Monthly Progress Reporting. The TSP shall provide to the Long Term Transmission Customers, on a monthly basis, progress reports with regard to the Project and its execution (in accordance with Agreed Form) to enable the Long Term Transmission Customers to monitor and co-ordinate the development of the Project, matching with the Interconnection Facilities. A copy of such monthly report shall also be sent by the TSP to the CEA.

The TSP shall provide to the Nodal Agency, Long Term Transmission CustomersSystem Users & Independent Engineer, on a monthly basis, progress reports along with likely completion date of each Element with regard to the Project and its execution (in accordance with Agreed Form) to enable the prescribed form). The Long Term Transmission Customers to System Users/ STU shall monitor and co-ordinate the development of the Project, matching with Project for its timely completion for improving and augmenting the Interconnection Facilities. A copy electricity system as a part of such monthly report shall also be sent by the TSP to the CEAits statutory responsibility.
