Agreed Form definition
Agreed Form means in relation to any document, that document in the form approved in writing by the Agent (acting on the instructions of all the Lenders) or as otherwise approved in accordance with any other approval procedure specified in any relevant provisions of any Finance Document;
Agreed Form means, in relation to any document, a document in the terms signed or initialled by or on behalf of the parties for identification.
Agreed Form means, in relation to any document, the form of that document which has been initialled for the purpose of identification by the Seller's Solicitors and the Purchaser's Solicitors;

Without prejudice to the provisions of Schedule 3 (Pre-Closing Undertakings), as soon as reasonably practicable after the date of this Agreement, the Parties shall negotiate in good faith to agree on any terms of the Agreed Form documents that may, for whatever reason, not yet have been agreed or included at the date of this Agreement and/or on the terms of any Transaction Documents which are not in Agreed Form at the date of this Agreement.

Agreed Form means, in relation to a document, that:
