Interconnection Facilities. 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.
Interconnection Facilities. The Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities and the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Collectively, Interconnection Facilities include all facilities and equipment between the Small Generating Facility and the Point of Interconnection, including any modification, additions or upgrades that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Small Generating Facility to the New York State Transmission System or the Distribution System. Interconnection Facilities are sole use facilities and shall not include Distribution Upgrades or System Upgrade Facilities.
Interconnection Facilities. 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 3 of this Agreement if required under the additional review procedures of Level a 2 review or under a Level 4 review. If a Facilities Study was performed, the EDC shall identify the Interconnection Facilities necessary to safely interconnect the Small Generator Facility with the EDC’s Electric Distribution System, the cost of those facilities, and the time required to build and install those facilities.
Interconnection Facilities. Those protection, metering, electric line(s), and other facilities required in Edison's sole judgment to permit an electrical interface between Edison's system and the Generating Facility in accordance with Edison's Tariff Rule No. 21 titled Cogeneration and Small Power Production Interconnection Standards filed with the Commission.
Interconnection Facilities. 6.1 The Parties shall execute an Interconnection Facilities Agreement selected by Seller in Section 1.10, covering the design, installation, operation and maintenance of the Interconnection Facilities required in Edison's sole judgment, to permit an electrical interface between the Parties pursuant to Edison's Tariff Rule No. 21.
Interconnection Facilities. ALLTEL shall arrange for and maintain Type-2A Interconnection Facilities, as provided in Appendix A, between the Iron River Tandem in Iron River Wisconsin, and the ALLTEL MSC. Any nonrecurring and recurring cost of the two-way Interconnection Facilities between the CCCI exchange boundary and the ALLTEL MSC will be the responsibility of ALLTEL. Any non-recurring and recurring monthly costs of the two-way Interconnection Facilities between the Iron River Tandem in Iron River Wisconsin and the CCCI exchange boundary will be reduced by an agreed upon percentage that represents either the estimated percentage or the actual percentage of Subject Traffic originated by CCCI and terminated to ALLTEL. This percentage is referred to as the Shared Facilities Factor and is set forth in Appendix A. The Parties will review this factor on a periodic basis and, if warranted by the actual usage, revise this factor appropriately.
Interconnection Facilities. 7.1 Customer-Generator and/or PG&E, as appropriate, shall provide Interconnection Facilities that adequately protect PG&E’s Distribution System, personnel, and other persons from damage or injury, which may be caused by the operation of Customer- Generator’s Generating Facility.
Interconnection Facilities. The Developer submitted an Interconnection Request for the Transmission Project to be studied in the NYISO’s Transmission Interconnection Procedures under Attachment P to the NYISO’s Open Access Transmission Tariff (“OATT”). The NYISO assigned the Transmission Project Queue No. 543. This Agreement was executed prior to the completion of the NYISO’s evaluation of the impact of the Transmission Project on the New York State Transmission System and execution of a Transmission Project Interconnection Agreement. As a result, the interconnection and operation of the Transmission Project are expected to require the construction of Network Upgrade Facilities that will be finalized through the Facilities Study and are expected to include, but not be limited to, modifications to existing transmission facilities that the Developer proposed as a component of the Transmission Project in the Public Policy Transmission Planning Process identified in this Appendix A, Section 2. The identified facilities and associated responsibilities in designing, engineering, procuring, installing, constructing, testing, and commissioning will be addressed in the Transmission Project Interconnection Agreement or associated engineering, procurement, and construction agreements among the Developer, the Connecting Transmission Owner(s) and/or the Affected System Operator(s), and the NYISO.
