The Agent and the Servicer shall review and verify the contents of the aforesaid reports (including the Monthly Report), instructions, statements and certificates.
The Monthly Report also shall include a certification of the Manager that all withdrawals by the Manager from the Collection Account during such Due Period were made in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Custodial and Paying Agency Agreement.
If any party receiving any Monthly Report disagrees with any items of such report, it shall contact the Collateral Administrator and notify it of such disputed item and provide reasonably sufficient information to correct such item, with a copy of such notice and information to the Agent, each Lender Agent and the Servicer.
