Other Information Clause Samples
The "Other Information" clause defines the parties' obligations regarding the disclosure and handling of information not specifically covered elsewhere in the agreement. Typically, this clause clarifies what constitutes "other information," such as data, documents, or communications exchanged during the course of the relationship that do not fall under defined categories like confidential information or intellectual property. It may outline how such information should be treated, whether it must be kept accurate, updated, or shared with the other party upon request. The core function of this clause is to ensure that all relevant information is properly managed and that there are no gaps in the parties' responsibilities, thereby promoting transparency and reducing the risk of misunderstandings.
