The 'Revised Programme' clause requires a party, typically the contractor, to submit an updated schedule or plan reflecting changes to the project's timeline, scope, or sequencing. This updated programme incorporates adjustments due to delays, variations, or other events impacting the original plan, and may include revised completion dates, resource allocations, or critical path changes. Its core function is to ensure all parties have a clear, current understanding of the project's progress and anticipated completion, thereby facilitating effective project management and minimizing disputes over scheduling.
REVISED PROGRAMME. Add at the end of the first paragraph; ‘Failure by the Contractor to submit the Revised Work Program in the prescribed format and within the stipulated period shall be considered a violation of his contractual obligations and a Notice for Termination shall be issued to the Contractor.’ SUBCLAUSE 14.3- CASHFLOW ESTIMATE The time within which the detailed cash flow estimate shall be submitted shall be as specified in the Appendix to the Form of Bid.
REVISED PROGRAMME. If at any time it should appear to the Engineer that the actual progress of the Works does not conform to the programme to which consent has been given under Sub- Clause 4.9.1, the Contractor shall produce, at the request of the Engineer, a revised programme showing the modifications to such programme necessary to ensure completion of the Works within the Time for Completion.
