Applicable Documents means the rules and regulation issued in pursuance of the Act by the Authority, from time to time, the generation, distribution and transmission licences, the Grid and Distribution Codes and any documents, instruments, approvals, directions or authorizations issued or granted by the Authority in exercise of its powers under the Act and any document in each case of a binding nature applicable to the licensee;

Applicable Documents. Documents used to develop a specific document (i.e. standards, regulations) and documents referenced in the text of the specific document.

Applicable Documents means the Act and the rules, regulations, licence, registration, directives, codes, standards, guidelines, circulars, orders, determinations, documents, instruments, approvals and authorizations issued or granted from time to time by the Authority in exercise of its powers under the Act;

Examples of Applicable Documents in a sentence

• In addition to the documents to be delivered according to section 1.3 here above, the documentation and other deliverable items defined in the Applicable Documents under Article 1.2 of the Main Contract shall also be deliverables.
