Monthly Progress Reports. Grantee shall submit Monthly Progress Reports on a regular and consistent basis to meet the State’s requirement for disbursement of funds. Monthly Progress Reports shall be sent via e-mail, to the State’s Project Manager as specified in Exhibit B.
