Full Implementation definition

Full Implementation means all phases of implementation set forth in Schedule 1 attached hereto have been fully completed.
Full Implementation means the earlier occurring of (i) the first day of a one month period during which US Servis is providing RM Services for Client on Net Collections of at least [Confidential] or (ii) the first year anniversary of the Effective Date.
Full Implementation or “Complete Roll-out” means implementation of the application System after User Acceptance Test.
