Management and Personnel. Your Rubio's Store must be personally managed on a full-time basis by a person who has successfully completed all training required by us and meets all of our other then-current standards. Although we don't require it, we strongly recommend that you personally manage your Rubio's Store on an "on-premises" basis: absentee ownership is not recommended by us and exposes you to a greater risk of failure than if you are personally involved, on a full time basis, in the on-site daily management of your Rubio's Store. Training for the first Rubio's Store manager is included in the New Store Opening Fee but you'll be responsible for all travel, meals, lodging and similar costs for all persons attending training and we may charge a reasonable training fee for training subsequent Rubio's Store managers. You'll keep us advised of the identities of the manager and other supervisors of your Rubio's Store, and we'll have the right to deal with the manager on matters pertaining to day-to-day operations of, and reporting requirements for, your Rubio's Store. We reserve the right to review any agreements between you and your manager and to require the manager to sign confidentiality, noncompetition and other agreements acceptable to us. We strongly recommend, but do not require, that the manager of your Rubio's Store have a profit participation in your Rubio's Store. You'll hire all employees of your Rubio's Store and will be solely responsible for their supervision and possible termination, the terms of their employment and compensation and for the proper training of such employees in the operation of your Rubio's Store. You'll establish and maintain at your Rubio's Store an ongoing training program, meeting our standards, for new and continuing employees.
Management and Personnel. 16.1 Each Party, including the Company, shall keep all information which it obtains concerning the Business, affairs or assets of the Company strictly confidential and shall not, and shall procure that their respective officers, employees, agents and auditors do not, without the prior written consent of all the other Parties, disclose any of the above information to any third party except:
Management and Personnel. 6.9.1 You must appoint a single representative from your equity holders as your Operating Principal. The Operating Principal must have a ten percent (10%) or greater ownership interest in you, must complete our initial training program and any other training programs that we require, and must have the power to bind you in all dealings with us. The Franchised Business must at all times be under the personal supervision of the Operating Principal. You may not permit any other person to operate, manage, direct or control the Franchised Business without our prior written consent. We have the right to rely on any statement, agreement, or representation by the Operating Principal regardless of any conflict with your governing documents. You may not change the Operating Principal without our prior approval. If the Operating Principal no longer qualifies as such, you must designate another qualified person to act as the Operating Principal and enroll that person in our initial training program within thirty (30) days after the date the prior Operating Principal ceases to be qualified.
Management and Personnel. 9.1 The Salle Privee Facilities shall be operated as a department within the Redeveloped Aladdin. All personnel to be engaged from time to time in relation to any of the Salle Privee Facilities shall be approved by London Clubs and shall be employees of Aladdin. London Clubs shall provide such additional training for employees engaged in the Salle Privee Facilities as it shall deem appropriate in order for the Salle Privee Facilities to be operated at their international premium standard. Aladdin and London Clubs agree that they shall endeavor to promote employees of the Redeveloped Aladdin who have exhibited exemplary work performance into employment positions in the Salle Privee Facilities when such positions become available.
Management and Personnel. At all times throughout the Term, Franchisee will hire, train and supervise personnel sufficient to meet its obligations under this Agreement in accordance with the Standards as set forth in the Manuals or otherwise in writing by Franchisor. Franchisee will maintain a competent, conscientious, trained staff and take such steps as are necessary to ensure that its employees preserve good customer relations and meet every requirement imposed by Applicable Law.

Management and Personnel. You agree that at all times you will employ on terms reasonably satisfactory to us a General Manager (the "Manager") who shall have principal operational responsibility for the Franchise and who shall have such qualifications and experience as we shall reasonably require and who shall have completed our training program. You agree to hire all employees to maintain a neat and clean appearance and to conform to the standards of dress and/or uniforms that we specify from time to time for Yes delivery personell. You shall not recruit or hire any of employee of the Company nor any employees of any Yes franchise operated by us or by a Yes licensee without obtaining our prior written permission or the prior written permission of the other licensee unless six months have expired since such employee's termination of employment with us or the licensee.
Management and Personnel. Master Licensee agrees that at all times Master Licensee will, in respect of each Shoppe owned by Master Licensee, (i) employ on terms reasonably satisfactory to Company a general manager who shall have principal operational responsibility for such Shoppe and who shall have such qualifications and experience as Company shall reasonably require and who shall have completed Company's or Master Licensee's approved training program, and (ii) employ on a full-time basis a manager and an assistant manager, each of whom has completed the Company training program (collectively, the general manager, manager and assistant manager are referred to as "Friendly's Shoppe Managers"). Each Shoppe shall at all times be under the direct on-premises supervision of a Friendly's Shoppe Manager. Master Licensee agrees to hire all employees of its Shoppes and be exclusively responsible for the terms of their employment and compensation and for the proper training of Master Licensee's employees in the operation of each of its Shoppes. Master Licensee agrees to require all employees to maintain a neat and clean appearance and to conform to the standards of dress and/or uniforms that Company specifies from time to time for any Shoppe. Master Licensee agrees not to recruit or hire any of Company's employees or any employees of any Friendly's Restaurant operated by Company or by a Shoppe licensee without obtaining the Company's prior written permission or the prior written permission of the other licensee unless six months have expired since such employee's termination of employment with the Company or the licensee. Company agrees not to recruit or hire any of Master Licensee's employees or any employees of a Shoppe operated by Master Licensee or a Licensee without obtaining Master Licensee's or, as the case may be, such Licensee's prior written permission unless six months have expired since such employee's termination of employment with Master Licensee or such Licensee.
