The Manager may in its discretion issue certificates to the Members representing the Units held by each Member, containing such legends as the Manager deems appropriate or required by applicable securities laws in the Manager’s discretion, including as set forth in Section 3.3(b).
The Manager may assign titles (including chairperson, chief executive officer, president, vice president, secretary, assistant secretary, treasurer and assistant treasurer) to particular officers.
The Manager also may assign titles to any Member or other individual and may delegate to such Member or other individual certain authority and duties.
The Manager cannot predict the likelihood of these types of events occurring in the future nor how such events may affect the Company.
The Manager may (but need not), from time to time, designate and appoint one or more persons as an officer of the Company.
