Training for Employees. 1. SJSU will continue to provide mandatory annual training to Employees, which will cover all of the topics identified in provision 6.A.1. and will also: a. Identify SJSU’s Title IX Coordinator and Deputy Title IX Coordinators, describe their roles and responsibilities, and provide the contact information for the Title IX Coordinator; b. Define and provide examples of conduct that constitutes Sex Discrimination, including Sexual Harassment and Retaliation;
Training for Employees. 1. The District will provide live training to all RMM School administrators, teachers, and special education employees. The training will be conducted by someone who is qualified and has expertise in Section 504 and Title II. The training will include: a. A review of the prohibition against different treatment of students with disabilities, unless the different treatment is specifically related to requirements in a Section 504 Plan or IEP, or other educational or behavioral plan that was developed consistent with the requirements in Section 504 or the IDEA. b. A review of the District’s obligation to provide all regular and special education and related aids and services to each student with a disability necessary to provide a student with a free appropriate public education. c. A review of the District’s obligation to educate all students with disabilities in the regular educational environment to the maximum extent appropriate to the needs of each student as consistent with 34 C.F.R. § 104.34(a). d. Examples of different treatment on the basis of disability and examples of the failure to educate a student with a disability in a least restrictive environment. 2. Reporting Requirement - By July 31, 2023, the District will submit to OCR for review and approval a training plan, including handouts and the name and qualifications of the trainer(s).
Training for Employees. The university shall make this Workplace Violence Prevention Policy and Program available to its employees and members of the campus community. Employees are required to complete the annual Workplace Violence Prevention training. All Workplace Violence Prevention record keeping and reporting shall be made in compliance with the then applicable laws and regulations, and SUNY policy.
Training for Employees. The SIA shall organize training to the core Group of implementation team of the OPTCL as well as end user training. Representatives from the Purchaser’s implementation project and change management teams will be involved throughout in the development of training strategy, training material design and development, standards and training delivery to ensure that change management issues are incorporated, and that training strategies and materials are aligned to the requirements of the project and as business-specific as possible.
