Equity Holders definition

Equity Holders means the Stockholders and the Option Holders.
Equity Holders funds” means the aggregate of issued share capital and reserves.

More Definitions of Equity Holders

Equity Holders means the Company Stockholders, the Management Participants and the holders of any Options or Warrants outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time.
Equity Holders means the Investors, any co-investor, Management Stockholder and any other Person from time to time directly or indirectly owning any Equity Interests of the Parent Borrower or any Parent Company.
