Client Support Services. Metavante has included daily support personnel time for the Customer based on the schedule shown below. These support hours cover questions related to standard system function and their usage as noted in the Metavante Trust Services User Documentation or any processing related issues. Any hours required by the Customer in excess of this will be billed at Metavante’s then current standard product support rate. Billable activity may include the following types of inquiries:
Client Support Services. All phone support, new releases, fixes, and patches are included in the per item or minimum monthly charge. If customization is required, a per hour rate will be negotiated on an engagement basis between FIS and Client exclusive of reasonable travel and expenses.
Client Support Services. The Merchant shall interact directly with Client and not FIS. It will be the responsibility of Client to escalate to FIS.
Client Support Services. The Service Provider shall provide a Help Desk service to assist Client’s Authorised Users in their use of the Services as defined in this Schedule. The Client Support Services shall be available during the Client Support Coverage Hours of 08:00 CET – 17:00 CET Monday – Friday, excluding Public Holidays unless the Client has entered into a separate Extended Hours Support Coverage agreement. The following Client Support & Maintenance Services will be provided by the Service Provider. • Monitored Ticketing System • Remote assistance using Remote tools • Regular system health checks • Carrying out of backups Contact with end-users will be coordinated by and through the Client’s staff. The Client shall assign Support Contacts for the project. Service requests are to be submitted by designated staff of the Client and not directly by users.
Client Support Services. Generally, client support services include individualized services to help improve integration and connectedness to support structures, such as treatment services. This could also include, but not be limited to, the procurement of emergency shelter beds and barriers to separate beds; and increased frequency or nature of cleaning of shelters and related facilities.
Client Support Services. Press Xxxxx shall use commercially reasonable efforts to: ▪ Provide access to improvement content related to major service lines. ▪ Provide access to Press Xxxxx’x Online Forum – an information exchange forum that allows facilities to review industry best practices and collaborative solutions for improving patient experience. ▪ Offer educational networking opportunities with other Press Xxxxx clients through the National Client Conference and Regional Education Symposia. ▪ Provide periodic access to online Press Xxxxx publications.
Client Support Services. Contractor will provide concrete supports (i.e., food assistance, household goods, personal protection equipment, diapers, utilities, and other necessities of life).
Client Support Services. They may also include services to support the economic, social and cultural integration of individuals and families. Economic Integration Services Eligible activities include: • Income assistance: services directed towards individuals and families to help them access income benefits (for example Ontario Works or Ontario Disability Support Program social assistance, child benefits, disability benefits, veterans allowance, old age security, or employment insurance). • Employment assistance: pre- and post-employment services (for example job search assistance, interview preparation) that bridge individuals and families to the labour market and assist them to maintain employment and build self-sufficiency. • Education and Training assistance: services to support essential skills development (for example, reading, document use, numeracy, writing, oral communication, working with others, thinking, computer use and continuous learning), services to connect individuals and families to education and training programs and services to support the successful participation in these programs (for example bus passes, clothing or equipment, food and non-alcoholic beverages, internet access for the duration of the program). Ineligible activities include: • Employment activities normally delivered by other federal, provincial or territorial labour market programs • Job wages for individuals participating in an education, training, or pre-employment program • Salary for a full-time teacher to provide an alternative to provincial education • Tuition • Workplace skills development • Apprenticeship grants Social and Community Integration Services Eligible activities include: • Supports to improve social integration, for example, costs of participation or provision of cultural/art/recreational/sports activities. • Indigenous Elder consultation, gathering and preparation of traditional foods. • Establishing and maintaining culturally relevant responses and supports to help Indigenous individuals and families (for example navigation of urban services including to help establish and maintain culturally relevant support networks within an urban environment; Indigenous language and culture classes).
