Duration of the program. This computer-matching program will be valid 18 months from the effective date of this Agreement. If, after 18 months from the effective date of this Agreement, CA-DSS and DHS-USCIS agree to extend the Agreement, while conducting the program without change, they may extend this Agreement for an additional 12 months.

Duration of the program. The Program shall commence on the Program Effective Date and shall remain in effect, subject to the right of the Board to amend or terminate the Program at any time pursuant to Section 7.2 hereof.
Duration of the program. 2 academic years (4 semesters). The first, the second and the fourth semesters are spent at the home university. The third semester is spent at the host university. After enrollment of the students to the host university their periods of studies at the home university are recognized by the host university. Studying during the third semester is carried out in English. In the fourth semester the students prepare their master thesis, which should be written under the supervision of a professor from either KFU or JLU Giessen.
Duration of the program. The duration of the Apprentice Program for each Apprentice would not exceed 4 years (or 8,000 hours), including related and classroom training. Although the Ministry of Education and Training establishes these hours, advancement through the program may be accelerated at the discretion of the supervisor within Ministry guidelines.

Extensions of time will be considered on a case-by-case basis; if granted, students must enroll only in independent study and may not take additional coursework. It supersedes all prior performance based bonus programs and shall not be modified or terminated unless authorized in writing by the Program Administrator and/or approved by the Compensation Committee. Duration of the program. The Company commits, to the extent permitted by controlling law, to maintaining all of the forfeiture and recoupment commitments set forth in Paragraphs A through C above for at least the duration of the CIA, absent agreement otherwise with the OIG.
