Provision of Materials a. Distributor shall furnish Company with current prospectuses and SAIs of the Classes (including any supplements thereto), periodic reports and marketing and other materials relating to the Classes in such quantities as Company reasonably requests.
Provision of Materials. At your expense, you will furnish to Xxxxx Xxxxxx with current prospectuses and statements of additional information of the Funds (including any supplements thereto), periodic reports to Fund shareholders and marketing and other materials you have prepared relating to the Funds in such quantities as Xxxxx Xxxxxx reasonably requests.
Provision of Materials. Any materials, parts, containers or special packing we provide shall remain our property and may only be used for the purposes intended. The processing of materials and assembly of parts shall be carried out for us. It is agreed that, in the ratio of the value of the materials provided to the aggregate value of the product, we shall be co-owners of the products that are manufactured using our materials and parts, which products the Supplier shall hold in safekeeping for us.
Provision of Materials. 1. If the customer supplies production materials, said materials are to be delivered at the customer’s own cost and risk, on time and in good order and a quantity premium of at least 5%.

Advertiser, at its expense, will provide all Materials (including scheduling instructions) necessary for Projects at least 48 hours in advance of start of the Project (exclusive of weekends and holidays) and in accordance with Xxxx’x then-current policies and procedures. Xxxx may dispose of any such Materials 30 days following the end of the Project, unless Advertiser has made acceptable prepaid return arrangements. Xxxx will not be responsible for any Materials not properly displayed or that cannot be accessed or viewed because the Materials were not received by Gray in the proper form, in a timely manner, or in an acceptable technical quality for distribution. Xxxx will not be responsible for typographical errors, incorrect insertions or omissions in the Project.
Provision of Materials. A. Company shall furnish Salomon Xxxxx Xxxxxx, or arrange for the Funds to furnish Salomon Xxxxx Xxxxxx, at its or their expense, with current prospectuses and statements of additional information of the Funds (including any supplements thereto), periodic reports to Fund shareholders and marketing and other materials relating to the Funds in such quantities as Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Barney reasonably requests.

Following the signature of this Agreement by all Parties, and only upon Licensee’s written request therefor, Lonza shall supply to the Licensee (ex-works Lonza’s Affiliate’s premises, Slough, Berkshire, Incoterms 2000) the following in accordance with the procedures and terms agreed by Lonza and Licensee:
Provision of Materials. Lilly will provide AbCellera with such physical materials in such quantities, and on such timing, as may be specified in an applicable Work Plan or otherwise agreed by the Parties. As between the Parties, Lilly shall retain ownership of any such provided materials at all times. This Agreement shall not be construed as granting any rights to Lilly’s interests in such materials. Any such materials provided to AbCellera shall be accompanied by a materials transfer record substantially in the form of Exhibit 3.1.7 (each a “Materials Transfer Record”). Each such Materials Transfer Record shall be signed by an officer of AbCellera and returned to Lilly. ABCELLERA ACKNOWLEDGES THAT ANY SUCH MATERIALS ARE BEING SUPPLIED WITH NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR THAT THE USE OF THE MATERIALS WILL NOT INFRINGE ANY PATENT OR PROPRIETARY RIGHTS OF ANY THIRD PARTY.
Provision of Materials. DIAG undertakes to provide HGI with the rights owned by or licensed to DIAG and with information and materials which DIAG deems reasonably necessary or convenient in order to enable HGI to exercise its rights in accordance with this Agreement.
Provision of Materials. The Franchisor undertakes to provide the Franchisee with the rights owned by or licensed to Franchisor and with information and materials which Franchisor deems necessary or convenient in order to enable the Franchisee to use the Franchise in accordance with this Agreement.
