Employment Activities. After a vacant position has been opened for recruitment, a "Notice of Vacant Position" will be emailed to the campus identifying the position that is vacant, the salary and number of work hours, and a web link to the job description which includes the minimum qualifications for the position. Employment Activities. 9.1 For a period of two (2) years after the Employee's Termination Date, except for a termination subsequent to a Change in Control of the Corporation and further except for a termination by the Employee with cause, then the Employee shall not, directly or indirectly, engage in any business competitive with that of the Corporation; provided, however, that the foregoing shall not be deemed to prevent the Employee from investing in securities which is publicly traded, so long as such investment holdings do not, in the aggregate, constitute more than 5% of any class of such company's securities.

This includes targeting rural areas where no centers exist, financing startup for return on investment revenue streams and independent contracts with micro-enterprises that are subcontracted to agencies within the job development and employment network. • Pursuit of higher skill/higher wages opportunities for employment of Respondent clients. • Use of annual client satisfaction surveys to gauge satisfaction with training and placements and client focus groups to guide future training and placement opportunities.
