Project Coordination. The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality and consistency of deliverables and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.
Project Coordination. Authorized representatives shall represent City and Consultant in all matters pertaining to this Agreement.
Project Coordination. TWRI will coordinate the project with other ongoing watershed efforts including, but not limited to the Southern Region Water Quality Coordination Project, TSSWCB Xxxxxxx Regional Office Watershed Coordination Project, TCE Watershed Stewardship Program, and TCEQ TMDL Program. The following actions have been completed during this reporting period:
Project Coordination. The Contractor shall provide for the complete coordination of the construction effort. This shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, coordination of the following:

This task will consist of overall project management including meetings and coordination with the Commission’s Chief Engineer, the Commission’s Engineering Department, subconsultants, subcontractors and preparation of progress reports. • An initial kick-off meeting will be held prior to the commencement of work. A total of three (3) additional Final Design meetings with the Commission are anticipated. Coordination and support will be maintained with all technical disciplines throughout the project. • The design schedule included with this proposal will be refined and updated. • Technical reviews of other disciplines work will be performed as required. • QA/QC reviews will be performed for all submissions. • Memorandums will be prepared for distribution. • Prepare and solicit M&PT subcontract for traffic control during surveying and geotechnical investigation.
Project Coordination. The Parties share an interest in ensuring that transportation improvements identified through environmental review or planning studies are included in their respective capital programs. Prior to annual Commission adoption, the Port shall review its Capital Improvement Program (CIP) with City staff. The Port agrees to identify projects that may impact local access when reviewing their CIP project list. Prior to annual City Council approval, the City shall review its Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) with Port staff.
Project Coordination. 5.1.5.1 SBC MISSOURI will provide project management support to effectuate changes of the types identified in Sections 5.1.2, 5.1.3, and 5.1.4.

Project Coordination. INDOT and the CITY agree to review and coordinate all plans and schedules pertaining to the Project.
Project Coordination. Each party shall appoint technical coordinators to maintain technical liaison with the other party in connection with the manufacture of the Products. Communication between the parties regarding the design or engineering of the Products shall be between the designated coordinators. Each party will use reasonable efforts to ensure the project going smoothly. Manufacture will use reasonable best efforts to ensure the Products will be delivered in time with the highest possible quality.
