Access to Services. Subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, including any Schedules, Company grants You a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, nontransferable, non-assignable, revocable license for the term of this Agreement to access and use the Services. Services may only be used by Your Users for internal business purposes only. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any Schedules, and with all applicable Company procedures and policies that further define use of the Services. You acknowledge and agree that the actions of any of Your Users with respect to the Services will be deemed to be actions by You and that any breach by any of Your Users of the terms of this Agreement, including any Schedule, will be deemed to be a breach by You.
Access to Services. The Bank will provide instruction on how to use the Online Banking and Xxxx payment services. You will gain access to your Online Accounts through the use of your Internet-enabled device, your ISP, your Password, and your User ID. You may access your Online Accounts 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week. However, availability of the services may be suspended for brief periods of time for purposes of maintenance, updating and revising the software. For purposes of transactions, the Bank’s business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. All Online Banking transaction requests received after 5:00 p.m. EST on business days and all transactions which are requested on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays on which the Bank chooses to remain closed, will be processed on the Bank’s next business day.

Subject to DHCS provider enrollment certification requirements, the Contractor shall maintain continuous availability and accessibility of covered services and facilities, service sites, and personnel to provide the covered services through use of DMC certified providers. Such services shall not be limited due to budgetary constraints.

You may access your Digital (online and/or mobile) Accounts 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week. However, availability of the services may be suspended for brief periods of time for purposes of maintenance, updating and revising the software. For purposes of transactions, the Bank's business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. All Digital (online and/or mobile) Banking transaction requests received after 3:00 p.m. on business days will be processed on the Bank’s next business day and all transactions which are requested on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays on which the Bank chooses to remain closed, will be processed on the Bank's prior business day.

Access to Services. The Provider shall accept referrals from authorized Department staff only, utilizing a standardized referral format provided by the Department. The Provider will contact the referrer and will schedule the transportation, agreeing on the time and total amount of service, including the agencies wait time policy and arrange where the child is to be picked up and dropped off. Return trips shall also be agreed upon before the transportation occurs. Changes in the agreement shall be discussed 24 hours in advance to assure all parties are informed. It is expected that the Provider will organize and schedule such trips and charge the pro-rated rates. A child shall never be left unattended or left with an unauthorized adult when being transported. Transportation cannot be provided by an individual who has not been credentialed and approved by DCF.
Access to Services. Subscriber and its Permitted Users may access and use the Services solely for Subscriber’s benefit and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the online terms of service, the AUP, and any scope of use restrictions designated in any Order Form or through online registration. Use of and access to the Services is permitted only by Permitted Users. If Subscriber is given passwords to access the Services on MaestroQA's systems, Subscriber will require that all Permitted Users keep user ID and password information strictly confidential and not share such information with any unauthorized person. User IDs are granted to individual, named persons and may not be shared. If Subscriber is accessing the Services using credentials provided by a third party, then Subscriber will comply with all applicable terms and conditions of such third party regarding provisioning and use of such credentials. Subscriber will be responsible for any and all actions taken using Subscriber's accounts and passwords. If any Permitted User who has access to a user ID is no longer an employee or Contractor of Subscriber, then Subscriber will immediately delete such user ID and otherwise terminate such Permitted User's access to the Service.
Access to Services. NSCPA shall continue to have access to use of printing, duplicating, addressing and other College services subject to use and fee requirements.
