Authorised Users definition

Authorised Users means those employees, agents and independent contractors of Customer or a Customer Affiliate who have been authorised by Customer to use the Products in accordance with these Terms.
Authorised Users means any of the following to whom You give permission to use the Software as part of Your BlackBerry Solution: (a) any of Your employees, consultants or independent contractors; (b) any friend or family member, or any person that resides in Your premises; and (c) any other person who RIM authorises in writing. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement does not convey the automatic right to have Your BlackBerry Server Software hosted by a third party. "BlackBerry Handheld Product", also known as "BlackBerry Device", means a device manufactured by or on behalf of RIM, including any such smartphone, smart card reader, tablet or BlackBerry Presenter and any other device expressly identified by RIM at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/legal/blackberrydevices_for_bbsla as a BlackBerry Handheld Product.
Authorised Users means those persons authorised by the Communications Provider in writing to BT to gain access to the Gateway;

Examples of Authorised Users in a sentence

  • Customer Data: the data inputted into the information fields of the Service by the Customer or by Authorised Users.

  • As at the date of this Agreement, it is not envisaged that Quest will require access to any personal data (as defined in the Data Protection Act 2018 “DPA” and General Data Protection Regulations “GDPR”) of the Authorised Users unless it can be said that the Content constitutes such personal data.

  • Subject to the restrictions set out in this Clause 2 and the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Supplier grants to the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to permit the Authorised Users to use the Services and the Documentation during the Subscription Term solely for the Customer's internal business operations.

  • Where the Customer has elected to take the Hybrid Hosted Services, the Supplier shall manage, operate and maintain only the back-end (web and database servers) of the Software instance dedicated for the Customer on the IaaS for remote electronic access (through a secure site to site VPN tunnel) and use by Customer and its Authorised Users and the Software shall be installed on designated machines owned or leased, and controlled by, Customer.

Authorised Users means pupils, members of staff and trainee teachers of the Licensee and/or an Authorised School who are authorised by the Licensee or such school to access its information services whether on-site or off-site via Secure Authentication. For the avoidance of doubt parents and carers of pupils do not qualify as Authorised Users under this Licence.
Authorised Users means individuals who are authorised by the Licensee to access the Licensee’s information services whether from a computer or terminal on the Licensee’s Secure Network, or off site via a connection to a valid IP address on the Licensee’s Secure Network and who are affiliated to the Licensee as a current student, faculty member or employee of the Licensee. Walk-In Users may not be given means to access the Licensed Material when they are not within the Library Premises.
