Commercial General Liability Insurance: Such liability shall be written on the current edition of ISO occurrence form CG 00 01, or a substitute form providing equivalent coverage and shall cover liability arising from premises operations, independent contractors, products-completed operations, broad form property damage, personal & advertising injury, cross liability coverage, liability assumed in a contract (including the tort liability of another assumed in a contract) and explosion, collapse & underground coverage. Policy shall include bodily injury, property damage and broad form contractual liability coverage. General Aggregate Products – Completed Operations Aggregate Personal and Advertising Injury Each Occurrence Coverage shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Premises liability; Independent contractors; Blanket contractual liability, including tort liability of another assumed in a contract; Defense and/or indemnification obligations, including obligations assumed under this Contract; Cross liability for additional insureds; Products/completed operations for a term of no less than three (3) years, commencing upon acceptance of the work, as required by the Contract; Explosion, collapse and underground hazards; and Contractor means and methods.

Disability Benefits. 9.3.1 The employers shall continue a single plan for the provision of disability benefits for eligible employees who are covered by this Agreement and whose local bargaining unit has opted into this Agreement’s Plan pursuant to Article 9.3.3 in the 2001-2004 Common Agreement who have joined or who will subsequently join the plan pursuant to Article 9.3.3 below.
Disability Benefits. Following a Change in Control and during the term of this Agreement, during any period that the Executive fails to perform the Executive’s full-time duties with the Company as a result of Disability, the Executive will receive short-term and long-term disability benefits as provided under short-term and long-term disability plans having terms no less favorable than the terms of the Company’s short-term and long-term disability plans as in effect immediately prior to the Change in Control, together with all other compensation and benefits payable to the Executive pursuant to the terms of any compensation or benefit plan, program, or arrangement maintained by the Company during the period of Disability.

Disability Benefits. If Executive shall be prevented during the term ------------------- of this Agreement from properly performing services hereunder by reason of illness or other physical or mental incapacity, the Company shall continue to pay Executive his then current salary hereunder during the period of his disability; provided, however, that if Executive is disabled for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) calendar months, then the Company's obligations hereunder shall cease and terminate.
Disability Benefits. In the event that the employee becomes unable to work before age 65 because of total disability owing to accident or sickness, such employee will be entitled to life insurance coverage equal to the amount of paid up retirement insurance in effect at the time. There will be no premiums payable, but the employee must advise the insurance company that he/she is disabled and submit such evidence of disability as it requests.
Disability Benefits. In the event of the Disability of Executive, Executive shall be placed on a paid leave of absence and the Company shall continue to pay Executive 100% of Executive’s then current Base Salary pursuant to paragraph 4(a) during the first twelve (12) months of a substantially continuous period of Disability. It is provided, however, that in the event Executive is disabled for a substantially continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months, the Company may, at its election, terminate this Agreement, in which event payment of Executive’s Base Salary shall cease.
