Accessing Services. Only Approved Client Applications that comply with the Agreement (including these Guidelines, which are incorporated into the Agreement) may access the Services and only to the extent permitted in the Agreement. To obtain Google’s approval for any client application not expressly approved in the Agreement, Company must submit a written request to Google and Google may in its sole discretion approve or reject such client application. For the purposes of the Agreement, any client application that resets an End User’s default search engine to Google’s search services and/or resets the End User’s home page to a Site is deemed to be accessing a Google service and Company is prohibited from doing so unless Google has approved such client application as an Approved Client Application.

Accessing Services. Except as explicitly set forth herein, End User is solely responsible for acquiring and maintaining all of the equipment, software, services and items necessary to access and make use of the Services, including without limitation paying all charges, taxes, and other costs and fees related to the Internet access. End User may access the Services only through the interfaces and protocols provided or authorized by Tree AMS, or Tree AMS’s partners and agrees to set up, maintain and use the Services in strict compliance with Tree AMS’s, and Tree AMS’s partners’ instructions. End User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any passwords and account information required to access Services, for all acts that occur in connection with End User’s account and to immediately notify Tree AMS of any unauthorized use of End User’s account.

To initiate a Procurement Method Determination, DSHS must submit the following: • Complex IT: Budgetary estimate, IT Action Memo, Scope of Work (PCS 572) (as applicable); or • Complex Health Services: Complete requisition, Scope of Work (PCS 572). To initiate a Kick-Off meeting, DSHS must submit the following: • A completed non-disclosure/conflict of interest form; • A list of kick-off meeting attendees; and • A point of contact for the solicitation. Developing the procurement timeline To initiate the Development of Procurement Timeline, DSHS must have submitted the following: • If there is an existing contract, the contract number and the date the contract expires included on the Request document (Req doc), and • A requisition document that includes: o the estimated value in order to determine oversight reviews; o the length of any transition periods and the date the contract must be in place; and o information on the funding source as it informs reviews (e.g. will a resulting contract require review by CMS, USDA, FDA, etc.). To initiate Drafting Solicitation, DSHS must submit to PCS the completed and correct SOW (PCS 572) that includes any additional information required for the solicitation such as: • Liquidated damages schedules; • Key performance measures; • Business reviews; • Acceptance criteria; • Insurance; • Bonds; • Warranties; and • Access and security requirements.
