Personal Protection Equipment. The City agrees to provide required personal protection with an initial issue and reasonable replacements where there is not evidence of abuse.

Contractor shall maintain supplies of protective equipment sufficient to properly equip all employees and visitors. Safety Devices. Contractor shall take, and require subcontractors to take, all reasonably necessary precautions for safety of workers on the Project. Contractor shall furnish, erect, and properly maintain at all times, all necessary safety devices, safeguards, construction canopies, signs, nets, barriers, lights, and watchmen for protection of workers and the public and shall post danger signs warning against hazards created by such features in the course of the Work.
Personal Protection Equipment includes hand sanitiser, face masks, disposable gloves, or paper tissue.

The Employer will provide postal nurses with all personal protection equipment that the National Medical Director has determined to be ap- propriate and relevant, giving due consideration to OSHA requirements and the guidelines for nurses established by the Center for Disease Control. Personal Protection Equipment. (PPE) – The County shall provide each 4 employee with required PPE equipment, including, but not limited to raingear which is visible at 5 night.

Prior to commencement of an assignment, the Contractor will assure that contract and subcontract personnel are outfitted with all appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) that is issued for the specific person (e.g., steel-toed shoes and prescription safety glasses with side xxxxxxx) and appropriate “general issue” PPE (e.g., hearing protection and non- prescription safety glasses) and PPE for site specific hazards (e.g., respirators and fall protection).

The Contractor shall provide its staff with any necessary protection equipment, without exceptions according to work conditions and with what is set forth by Sulfatos Chile’s Administration. Said equipment, which shall be new or in perfect conditions, and shall at least consist of: · Helmet with the Contractor’s printed logo or sticker · Goggles (dark ones for the surface) · Steel-toed Safety Footwear (Shoes/boots) · Dust and/or gases filtered respirators, as applicable. · Seat belts · Work Gloves · Reflective vest · Gaiters, xxxxxxx and special welding gloves. · Welding masks · Sweaters and/or work clothing · Cutting goggles and specs, as applicable. · Ear protection. · Any needed Personal Protection Equipment, according to specific work conditions.
Personal Protection Equipment. 6.1 Contractors and their subcontractors are required to provide and wear personal protective equipment consistent with the requirements of the KN Energy Safety and Environmental Affairs Policy Manual and with any site specific Company personal protective equipment policies.
