Use of Social Media. The Our Lady of Xxxxxxx Catholic Multi-Academy Trust recognises the advantages and benefits of social media for both research purposes and promoting the work of the Trust. The Trust will use photographic material to promote the work of individual academies and the work of the Trust as a whole, on promotional material, including on social media. Where such material is used, parental permission will be sought through annual consent documents. Whilst the use of social media is a positive means of communication, it should be used responsibly. The Trust Online Safety Policy outlines responsibilities of the Trust, schools, parents/carers and pupils when using social media. It is the expectation that when social media is used, it is used appropriately and in line with Trust Policy. As a Trust we will ensure: • Faith and spiritual development for all. • Pupils learn about virtues and how to put their faith into action. • A supportive, caring learning environment where all children are safe. • Academic achievement and development of your child is given the highest priority. • A culture of excellent behaviour in all schools. • Rewards and achievement systems in all schools. • A teacher in every classroom, supported by a teaching assistant in primary schools and an effective behaviour/ support staffing in all secondary schools. • Headteachers and leadership teams who are supported by all the functions of the Trust with school improvement, finance and HR teams. • All staff are supported, cared for and do not come to any verbal or physical harm from either children or parents. Use of Social Media. As Orlando Main Streets is a program of the City of Orlando funded with taxpayer dollars, all points of view must be respected. All designated Orlando Main Street Districts (Districts) are to conduct themselves as representatives of the City of Orlando and all activities and communications must remain consistent with the District's fundamental mission of developing stronger and more vibrant neighborhood commercial districts. In addition, the Orlando Main Street Program has the following established guidelines which shall be adhered to by all designed Orlando Main Street District representatives. A representative is defined as District staff members and anyone designated to speak on behalf of the District via social media platforms while using District accounts.

Use of Social Media. ‌ The City acknowledges that social media can be an important platform for the promotion of artists’ work and for success with professional business. To that aim, the following is to be understood by the Contractor and the Responsible Officer: • Use of social media by young people to promote their art and PHAZE is beneficial to the young person and the program outcomes and should be encouraged. • Where consent is given, young people’s PHAZE art may be posted on the City’s social media pages. • Contractors representing the City will not bring themselves, the City or PHAZE into disrepute by associating their personal social media pages with the promotion of illegal graffiti vandalism. Doing so would be harmful to the success of PHAZE. • Young people can benefit from education around safe use of social media, in particular around sharing appropriate content on their accounts or maintaining privacy settings. Inappropriate content in the context of PHAZE may include content that glorifies or promotes illegal graffiti vandalism.
