Educational Experience Clause Samples

The Educational Experience clause defines the expectations and requirements related to the educational background or training of a party involved in an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the minimum level of education, specific degrees, certifications, or relevant coursework that must be completed to qualify for a particular role or responsibility. For example, it may require a contractor to have a bachelor's degree in a specific field or mandate ongoing professional development. The core function of this clause is to ensure that individuals or entities possess the necessary knowledge and skills, thereby reducing the risk of inadequate performance and promoting competency within the scope of the agreement.
Educational Experience. The Agency agrees to provide to University Coordinator a list of duties or job descriptions for student placements with notation of any specific prerequisite skills or abilities. The Agency agrees to provide professional facilities and services for Students in accordance with the objectives of the program and assist in the evaluation of Student's learning experience. The Agency agrees to participate in planning and evaluation sessions with Students and, where appropriate, with University faculty. The Agency agrees to provide on-site supervision of Students relating to the educational experience. The Agency agrees to provide timely evaluation of student performance in the manner specified by the University and conduct exit interviews with Students that will include discussion of the Agency's evaluation of the Student.

Educational Experience. CentraCare and School agree to provide an effective educational experience for students of School within the guidelines and restrictions established by this agreement (“Educational Experience”). The number of students participating in the Educational Experience and the nature of their participation will be as agreed by CentraCare and School from time to time. CentraCare and School will each designate one or more persons to represent it in the operation of the Educational Experience. Such representatives shall confer from time to time as they deem necessary concerning the operation of the Educational Experience. At the request of either representative, School’s faculty member(s) and CentraCare staff member(s) involved in the Educational Experience will meet in person or over the phone to discuss the operation of the Educational Experience.
Educational Experience. PPD Sergeant ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to communicate on a regular basis with PCC STEM students and department heads of STEM, CHAMP, and Machining to provide feedback and input on the Product and the manufacturing process in order to provide an educational experience for PCC students.
Educational Experience. The content of the educational experiences has been developed by the elective rotation leadership, and includes the goals and objectives described at the end of this document.
Educational Experience a. An additional annual salary benefit shall be paid for educational experience as follows: - Associate Degree - $700. - Bachelor Degree - $900. b. This benefit shall be paid to any member so qualifying on January 1 and July 1 in two (2) equal payments and shall not be included in the member's hourly rate schedule. Each member shall be reimbursed tuition and book(s) costs for accredited college courses for which other reimbursement is not available, for Town Board approved job related courses taken and passed. Said approval must be obtained prior to taking the course, and said reimbursement shall be made following completion and passing of the course. Requests for tuition reimbursement shall be made in writing to the Chief, should be dated and shall be approved by the Chief on a first come first serve basis in the event of budgetary constraints.
