Promotional Material definition
Promotional Material means all material used in the promotion of, or otherwise in connection with, the Business (whether written or recorded in any other medium) and includes artwork, advertising materials (irrespective of the medium in which they are recorded), display materials, packaging materials, brochures, posters and internal and external signage.
Promotional Material means any communication that relates to the Company or its services made to or directed at, or that relates in any way to the solicitation of a Prospective Customer or a transaction in an Existing Customer’s trading account. Promotional Material includes, but is not limited to, published written texts, training materials, advertisements, market analysis, research reports, correspondence to Existing Customers or Prospective Customers, newsletters and generally anything written that assists in the solicitation process.

Contestant understands that the Promotional Material and Concert Recordings may include Contestant’s name, likeness, image, voice and appearance.
This grant includes without limitation the right to edit, mix or duplicate, and to use or re-use the Promotional Material and Concert Recordings in whole or in part as PDFNJ may elect.
PDFNJ or its designee shall have complete ownership of the Promotional Material and Concert Recordings in which Contestant appears, including all rights of copyright, and Contestant acknowledges that Contestant has no ownership or other interest in the Promotional Material and Concert Recordings.

Promotional Material means sample or other material supplied to the Customer by the Supplier at the cost of the Supplier and includes but is not limited to display boards, samples, folders and advertising brochures.

Promotional Material. (“deunydd hyrwyddo”) means a document or article distributed or provided wholly or partly for the purpose of promotion, advertisement, announcement or direction.
