Such contracting is conditioned upon the School developing a management agreement with the educational service provider that meets the conditions in Exhibit C to this Contract; provided requirements of a School Improvement Grant or other federal grant shall control.

Schools which fall under the State of Florida Differentiated Accountability Plan will comply with all requirements as they relate to the School Improvement Plan.
Failure to serve on the School Improvement Committee shall not be considered in any evaluation.
