Reseller has reviewed and understands CrowdStrike’s Privacy Notice located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/privacy-notice/. Reseller shall not, directly or indirectly, through action or inaction, cause CrowdStrike to be in violation of its Privacy Notice.

Qualified Staff. The Contractor shall have qualified staff on site at all times when servicing and repair work is carried out.
Qualified Staff. Contractor shall employ, train and supervise neatly uniformed, clean and courteous staff with appropriate qualifications and experience in sufficient numbers to provide all Services required under this Contract. Contractor shall provide qualified staff and management with the technical and business expertise responsible for coordinating and providing prompt, courteous, and efficient support services and equipment that are consistent with the expectations held by Licensees. City shall admit free of cost to the Facilities, such officers and staff of Contractor as may be necessary, for only those events for which Contractor provides Services. City shall permit only appropriately credentialed Contractor staff in the Facilities without the payment of an admission fee.
Qualified Staff. The dental management function shall be overseen by a full-time Business Process Manager, or equivalent, and a Dental Management (Utilization Management) Committee, which shall be comprised of appropriately credentialed dental Providers. This committee shall report to the Contractor’s Quality Improvement Committee. The Dental Management Program shall be staffed by an appropriate number of credentialed dental professionals. The Contractor shall submit a staffing plan for the Dental Management Program for review by OHCA during Readiness Review. This staffing plan should cover the training that staff receive specific to the area of dental management. The Contractor shall have sufficient staff with clinical expertise and training to interpret and apply the utilization management criteria and practice guidelines to Providers’ requests for oral health care or Service Authorizations for the Contractor’s Dental Health Plan Enrollees. Utilization management staff shall receive ongoing training regarding interpretation and application of the utilization management guidelines. The Contractor shall be prepared to provide a written training plan, which shall include dates and subject matter, as well as training materials, upon OHCA request. In accordance with 42 C.F.R. § 438.210(e), the Contractor shall ensure compensation to staff and Subcontractors conducting utilization management activities is not structured to provide incentives for denying, limiting, or discontinuing Medically Necessary services to any Dental Health Plan Enrollee.
