Statement Access. You agree to receive your periodic account statement electronically in place of a paper statement sent via US mail to your address of record. You further agree to provide an accurate email address to UTF for the notification that E-Statement is available. If the email address provided is not accurate due to negligence on your part, you agree not to hold UTF liable for sending notification to such address. You may also request a printed copy of your statement at any time. Applicable fees, as outlined in the Fee Schedule, may be charged. The Credit Union must receive notification of any change in physical or email address three business days prior to the 20th day of the month to give us time to affect the change. Failure to do so may result in a delay or lack of delivery of your statement for the given period. Contact us in writing or visit one of our branches to change your physical address. You can change your email address by updating the information within online banking. Your statements will be available from the E-Statement web pages for 12 months from the date of the statement. At any time you can log into online banking and navigate to the Access Accounts and choose e-Mail Notifications to select to continue to receive e-statements as well as e-mails electronically. You also have the choice to opt-out of electronic statement delivery back to paper at any time by contacting us via branch or telephone, and fees may apply for each mailed statement. Applicability Effective Date: this Agreement governs your use of the Service and becomes effective upon your acceptance. In case of errors or questions about your electronic statement: Contact us IMMEDIATELY if you think your statement is wrong, or if you need more information. You may notify us at 000-000-0000. We must hear from you no later than sixty (60) days after we sent the FIRST statement on which the problem or error appeared. Tell us your name and account number, the dollar amount of the suspected error, and the date it occurred. Describe the error or the transaction you are unsure about, and explain as clearly as you can, why you believe it is an error or why you need more information. If you notify us verbally, we may require you to send us your complaint or questions in writing within ten (10) business days. Statement Access. Accessing your e-statement confirms you agreement to be bound by all disclosures and agreements and acknowledges you acceptance and understanding of this agreement. By accessing your on-line periodic statements, you will be able to view your accounts, all activity on these accounts (excluding credit card statement activity) and electronic funds transfer transactions. Also available will be periodic notice of billing error rights under Federal Regulations Z and E, Credit Union newsletters and attachments which may contain important legal notices that affect you. In order to access your e-statement on –line, you must be enrolled in our Internet Banking service established with TCFCU. Once established, you may log on to our home banking site via the Internet, use your password to access your account, and click on the “E-Statement” link. Although the home banking service is generally available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, service may be unavailable from time to time for routine software updates or unexpected down time.

By accessing your Online Periodic Statements, you will be able to view your periodic account and transaction activity for your deposits and loan accounts (this is excluding any credit card statement activity); electronic funds transfer transactions, periodic notice of billing error rights under federal Regulation Z and E. In order to access you E-Statement online, you must have an active email address and be able to access the Online banking system with the State Employees Credit Union of New Mexico. At any time, you may request to receive access to the Online Banking system with a user ID andpassword for your accounts. The Online banking system is generally available 24 hours a day, seven days a week; however, service may be unavailable from time to time for routine software and hardware maintenance or due to unscheduled down time. In order for the credit union to provide you with the maximum level of security, we require that the member use a browser that supports 128-bit encryption. The browsers that include these requirements are: Microsoft Internet Explorer- Version 5.0 or higher. Note that not all Version 5. x browsers come with support for 128-bit encryption. If not, the browser may need to be updated to this level of encryption. Netscape Navigator- Version 6.1 or higher. Note that not all versions of this browser come with the 128-bit encryption. This browser can be updated to the correct level of encryption. Adobe Acrobat Reader- Version 4.0 or higher, or a TIFF viewer. These can be used to view your documents.

  • Information Access Each Party (“Disclosing Party”) shall make available to another Party (“Requesting Party”) information that is in the possession of the Disclosing Party and is necessary in order for the Requesting Party to: (i) verify the costs incurred by the Disclosing Party for which the Requesting Party is responsible under this Agreement; and (ii) carry out its obligations and responsibilities under this Agreement. The Parties shall not use such information for purposes other than those set forth in this Article 25.1 of this Agreement and to enforce their rights under this Agreement.

  • Parent Access To the extent required by law the LEA shall establish reasonable procedures by which a parent, legal guardian, or eligible student may review Education Records and/or Student Data correct erroneous information, and procedures for the transfer of student-generated content to a personal account, consistent with the functionality of services. Provider shall respond in a reasonably timely manner (and no later than forty five (45) days from the date of the request or pursuant to the time frame required under state law for an LEA to respond to a parent or student, whichever is sooner) to the LEA’s request for Student Data in a student’s records held by the Provider to view or correct as necessary. In the event that a parent of a student or other individual contacts the Provider to review any of the Student Data accessed pursuant to the Services, the Provider shall refer the parent or individual to the LEA, who will follow the necessary and proper procedures regarding the requested information.

  • Account Access Electronic Check Transactions may only be made from your checking account.

  • PROJECT ACCESS The Grantee shall ensure that the State, the Governor of the State, or any authorized representative of the foregoing, will have safe and suitable access to the Project site at all reasonable times during Project construction and thereafter for the term of this Agreement.

  • Access to Financial Information Buyer’s representatives shall have access to, and Seller and its Affiliates shall cooperate with Buyer and furnish upon request, all financial and other information relating to the Hotel’s operations to the extent necessary to enable Buyer’s representatives to prepare audited financial statements in conformity with Regulation S-X of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) and other applicable rules and regulations of the SEC and to enable them to prepare a registration statement, report or disclosure statement for filing with the SEC on behalf of Buyer or its Affiliates, whether before or after Closing and regardless of whether such information is included in the Records to be transferred to Buyer hereunder. Seller shall also provide to Buyer’s representative a signed representation letter in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Seller sufficient to enable an independent public accountant to render an opinion on the financial statements related to the Hotel. Buyer will reimburse Seller for costs reasonably incurred by Seller to comply with the requirements of the preceding sentence to the extent that Seller is required to incur costs not in the ordinary course of business for third parties to provide such representation letters. The provisions of this Section shall survive Closing or termination of this Contract.

  • Parent and Eligible Student Access Education Law Section 2-d and FERPA provide Parents and Eligible Students the right to inspect and review their child's or the Eligible Student’s Student Data stored or maintained by the EA. To the extent Student Data is held by Contractor pursuant to the Service Agreement, Contractor shall respond within thirty (30) calendar days to the EA's requests for access to Student Data so the EA can facilitate such review by a Parent or Eligible Student, and facilitate corrections, as necessary. If a Parent or Eligible Student contacts Contractor directly to review any of the Student Data held by Contractor pursuant to the Service Agreement, Contractor shall promptly notify the EA and refer the Parent or Eligible Student to the EA.

  • Internet Access to Contract and Pricing Information Access by Authorized Users to Contract terms and pricing information shall be made available and publically posted on the OGS website. To that end, OGS shall publically post the Contract Pricelist, including all subsequent changes in the Contract offerings (adds, deletes, price revisions), Contractor contact information, and the Contract terms and conditions, throughout the Contract term.

  • Seller Financial Information If requested by Buyer, Seller shall deliver to Buyer (a) within one hundred twenty (120) days following the end of each fiscal year, a copy of Seller’s annual report containing unaudited consolidated financial statements for such fiscal year (or audited consolidated financial statements for such fiscal year if otherwise available) and (b) within sixty (60) days after the end of each of its first three fiscal quarters of each fiscal year, a copy of such Party’s quarterly report containing unaudited consolidated financial statements for such fiscal quarter. In all cases the statements shall be for the most recent accounting period and shall be prepared in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles; provided, however, that should any such statements not be available on a timely basis due to a delay in preparation or certification, such delay shall not be an Event of Default so long as such Party diligently pursues the preparation, certification and delivery of the statements.
