Hard Drive definition

Hard Drive. SECURITY: Vendor must properly format the hard drive, deleting all information, or replace the hard drive with a new hard drive prior to storing or re-selling the equipment. The Customer may request to retain the hard drive for a nominal fee. Vendor will supply written notification to the Customer that all data has been made inaccessible. This notification must be provided with forty-five (45) days of the equipment being returned to the Vendor.
Hard Drive means, in a computer environment, the storage area within the computer itself, where megabytes of space are available to store bits of information. Also known as a hard disk;
Hard Drive means the primary storage unit on PCs, consisting of one or more magnetic media platters on which digital data can be written and erased magnetically.

  • If desired, Customer may engage Ricoh to perform the following Data Management Services, and the parties shall enter into a written work order setting the details of any such engagement:  Hard Drive Surrender Service.

  • Customer agrees that if it fails to return any Hard Drive to INAP within 45 days from Delivery Date, it will be required to pay full replacement costs for such Hard Drives of $700.00 per each individual Hard Drive, or the cost of replacement of each Hard Drive, as determined by INAP in INAP’s discretion.

  • In that event, OEM’s service levels and obligations are governed by the Keep Your Hard Drive Service Agreement.

  • Usage Data means login usernames, IP addresses and hostnames that applications connect to, file names and full path, Hashes and SHAs and Files, Certificate Information (Not private keys), Status of Hard Drive Encryption (Not encryption keys), Computer Hostnames, File Access Information, such as Read, Write, Execute, Delete, Move, and Computer Registry change information.
