No Error Clause Samples

If the subject of an Error report is not an Error as defined in section 2.2 above and the processing of such requests has not been contractually agreed, then Exasol may invoice Customer for additional work done; however, it will inform Customer about the nature of the work and its being payable additionally before commencing such services.
