Image File definition

Image File means a file listed under the column "Image File" in Schedule 2 hereto containing the printed image of the Invitation Document listed on the same row under the column "Invitation Document";
Image File means an electronic file which is stored in file formats that capture the printed image of the document.
Image File means, with respect to each Contract, an electronic system data file that provides information for each item listed on Schedule F attached to the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

Image File means a file of digital images for processing by the Optical Character Recognition and by human review.

Such license is perpetual, irrevocable and sublicensable. For clarity, any annotations to or deletions from such image(s), reports, and predictive analytics created by Arterys with respect to the Licensee Data are the sole property of Arterys. Licensee represents and warrants that Licensee has obtained all consents and provided all notices necessary and/or required by applicable laws, rules and regulations, in order to enable Arterys to provide the Service to Licensee, and that Arterys’ use of Licensee Data in accordance with the terms herein will not violate any third party’s rights or any applicable laws, rules or regulations. The Service includes, an optional feature that de-identifies the Licensee Data before such Licensee Data is processed by the Arterys cloud (the “Edge Service”). If Licensee elects to install the Edge Service as on-premises software, that option will be indicated in the applicable Order Form. The Edge Service may be installed at Licensee's site by Arterys or on Arterys’ behalf by an end user or authorized reseller. The Edge Service is also available as an online feature of the Service and Licensee may opt to use the online version of the Edge Service to de-identify PHI prior to uploading Licensee Data. WHETHER OR NOT LICENSEE USES THE EDGE SERVICE TO DE-IDENTIFY THE LICENSEE DATA PRIOR TO UPLOADING DATA TO THE SERVICE IS SOLELY DETERMINED BY LICENSEE. Related to Image File

  • Mortgage File The mortgage documents listed in Section 2.01 pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan and any additional documents required to be added to the Mortgage File pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Case file means a record that is assembled and maintained for each application approved for state cost sharing.

  • Servicing File With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the file retained by the Company consisting of originals of all documents in the Mortgage File which are not delivered to the Custodian and copies of the Mortgage Loan Documents listed in the Custodial Agreement the originals of which are delivered to the Custodian pursuant to Section 2.03.

  • Lease File means, for each Lease, the Collateral Lease File applicable to such Lease.

  • Contract File means with respect to each Contract, the physical and/or electronic files in which Credit Acceptance maintains the fully executed original counterpart or “authoritative copy” (in each case, for UCC purposes) of the Contract (to the extent required in accordance with Section 3.03 of this Agreement), either a standard assurance in the form commonly used in the industry relating to the provision of a certificate of title or other evidence of lien, the original or electronic instruments modifying the terms and conditions of such Contract and the original or electronic endorsements or assignments of such Contract.

  • Custodial File Any mortgage loan document in the Mortgage File that is required to be delivered to the Trustee or Custodian pursuant to Section 2.01(b) of this Agreement.

  • Electronic File means any text, illustration or other matter supplied or produced by either Party in digitised form on disc, through a modem, or by ISDN or any other communication link.

  • Daily Usage File or “DUF” or “Usage Extract” means a service which provides End User usage call records as described in Attachment 11 - Daily Usage File.

  • Data File means a single record or collection of data records that are logically related to each other, and are handled as a unit;

  • CREFC® Loan Setup File The data file in the “CREFC® Loan Setup File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File The data file in the “CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Client Records has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.

  • CMSA Loan Setup File means the report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Loan Setup File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Receivable Files means the documents specified in Section 3.3.

  • CMSA Loan Periodic Update File means the monthly report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Loan Periodic Update File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Special Servicer Property File The data file in the “CREFC® Special Servicer Property File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Collection Records means all manually prepared or computer generated records relating to collection efforts or payment histories with respect to the Receivables.

  • Collateral File With respect to each Mortgage Loan, a file containing each of the Collateral Documents.

  • Trustee Mortgage Files With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the Mortgage Documents to be retained in the custody and possession of the Trustee or the Custodian on behalf of the Trustee pursuant to the Custodial Agreement.
