Other Member definition

Other Member means a Voting Member who is not an Eligible Account Holder or a Supplemental Eligible Account Holder.

Other Member means, in relation to a consortium Bidder, the Member who are not Lead Member and/or Operating Member of the consortium.

• LM means Lead Member, TM means Technical Member, FM means Financial Member, OMM means Operation & Maintenance Member; and OM means Other Member.
