Periodic Statements. Transfers and withdrawals made through any debit card transactions, audio response transactions, preauthorized EFTs, online/PC transactions, mobile access device transactions or xxxx payments you make will be recorded on your periodic statement. You will receive a statement monthly unless there is no transaction in a particular month. In any case, you will receive a statement at least quarterly.
Periodic Statements. On a regular basis, You will receive a statement showing all transactions on Your Account including amounts paid and borrowed since Your last statement. We will mail You a statement each month in which there is a debit or credit balance or when a Finance Charge is imposed. We need not send You a statement if We feel Your Account is uncollectible or if We have started collection proceedings against You because You defaulted. EACH STATEMENT IS DEEMED TO BE A CORRECT STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT UNLESS YOU ESTABLISH A BILLING ERROR PURSUANT TO THE FEDERAL TRUTH-IN-LENDING ACT. OUR RESPONSIBILITIES TO HONOR CONVENIENCE CHECKS. We are under no obligation to honor Your Convenience Checks if: (1) by paying a Convenience Check, You would exceed Your Credit Limit; (2) Your Cards or Convenience Checks have been reported lost or stolen; (3) Your Account has been cancelled or has expired. If a postdated Convenience Check is paid and, as a result, any other Convenience Check is returned unpaid, We are not responsible for any resulting loss or liability.
Periodic Statements. You will get a monthly account statement (unless there are no transfers in a particular month). In any case, you will get the statement at least quarterly.
Periodic Statements. If you have a checking account, you will get a monthly checking account statement. If you have arranged for electronic access to your savings account, you will get a quarterly savings account statement. However, if there are any transfers in a particular month, you will get a savings statement that month, as well.

Each month, if your outstanding balance exceeds $1, we will send you a statement showing new purchases, cash advances, payments, and credits made to your Account during the billing period, your Previous Balance, your "Total New Balance," any Interest Charge, and any other charges. Your statement also will identify the remaining Credit Line available and the Minimum Monthly Payment you must make for that billing period and the date it is due. For statement verification purposes, you agree to retain copies of transaction slips resulting from each purchase, each advance, and other transaction on your Account. Unless you notify us of a billing error as described below, you accept your monthly statement as an accurate statement of your Account with us.

You will receive a statement monthly unless there is no transaction in a particular month. In any case, you will receive a statement at least quarterly.
Periodic Statements. Under procedures established by the Administrator, Participant shall be provided a statement of his Accrued Benefit on an annual basis.
Periodic Statements. You will receive a monthly account statement for each month in which an EFT is made (but at least a quarterly statement if no transfers are made). You agree to immediately review each periodic statement mailed or otherwise made available to you to ensure that each and every transaction has been authorized by you. Your failure to promptly report any allegedly unauthorized transaction may result in future allegedly unauthorized transactions to be considered authorized.
Periodic Statements. Within thirty (30) days after the first day of the license period, and promptly on the 15th day of every calendar month thereafter, Licensee shall furnish to Licensor complete and accurate statements, certified to be accurate by Licensee, or if a corporation, by an officer of Licensee, showing the sales volume of each Licensed Product (itemized by Club, for each applicable Licensed Product), gross sales price, itemized deductions from gross sales price, and net sales price of the Licensed Product(s) distributed and/or sold by Licensee during the preceding calendar month, together with any returns made during the preceding calendar month. Such statements shall be furnished to Licensor whether or not any of the Licensed Product(s) have been sold, or any payment is shown to be due Licensor, during the calendar months in which such statements are due. Licensee shall furnish to Licensor sufficient background information so as to make such statements intelligible to Licensor, and upon request by Licensor, a complete list of Licensee's customers to whom Licensed Product(s) have been sold. Licensor agrees that it will not by divulge said customer list to any other licensee, to any other competitor licensing organization, or to any competitor of Licensee. Receipt or acceptance by Licensor of any of the statements furnished pursuant to this Agreement or of any sums paid hereunder shall not preclude Licensor from questioning the correctness thereof at any time, and in the event that any inconsistencies or mistakes are discovered in such statements or payments, they shall immediately be rectified and the appropriate payments made by Licensee. Late payment penalties, if any, shall be made pursuant to Paragraph 4.B. Upon demand of Licensor, Licensee shall at its own expense, but not more than once in any twelve (12) month period, furnish to Licensor a detailed statement certified by an independent certified public accounting firm approved by Licensor showing the sales volume of each Licensed Product (itemized by Club, for each applicable Licensed Product), gross sales price, itemized deductions from gross sales price and net sales price of the Licensed Product(s) covered by this Agreement distributed and/or sold by Licensee to the date of the Licensor's demand. All amounts payable pursuant to this Agreement shall be in U.S. dollars only.
Periodic Statements. All EFT transactions will be recorded on your periodic statement. You will receive a statement at least once every quarter. If you have an EFT transaction, you will receive a statement monthly.
