PROJECT ACCESS. The Grantee shall ensure that the State, the Governor of the State, or any authorized representative of the foregoing, will have safe and suitable access to the Project site at all reasonable times during Project construction and thereafter for the term of this Agreement.
PROJECT ACCESS. Grantee shall ensure that the BSCC, or any authorized representative, will have suitable access to project activities, sites, staff and documents at all reasonable times during the grant period including those maintained by subcontractors. Access to program records will be made available by both the grantee and the subcontractors for a period of three (3) years following the end of the grant period.

To the extent not inconsistent with the Bond Documents, at all times during design and construction of the Project and after final completion, the Participating County shall provide to employees, subcontractors, and consultants of the Agencies reasonable unrestricted access to observe, monitor and inspect the Project. The Agencies’ access to observe, monitor and inspect shall include the right to review all documents and files relating to the Project, as well as construction on the Site, including all tests and inspections relating to design or construction of the Project.

To the extent not inconsistent with the Bond Documents, as that term is defined in Article 1 Section 1.1(a) of the PDCA, at all times during construction of the Project and after final completion, the Participating County shall provide to employees, subcontractors, and consultants of the Agencies reasonable unrestricted access to observe, monitor and inspect the Project. The Agencies’ access to observe, monitor and inspect shall include the right to review all documents and files relating to the Project, as well as construction on the Site, including all tests and inspections relating to design or construction of the Project.

The Recipient agrees to insure that the State Water Board, the Governor of the State, the United States Environmental Protection Agency, the Office of Inspector General, any member of Congress, the President of the United States, or any authorized representative of the foregoing, will have suitable access to the Project site at all reasonable times during Project construction and thereafter for the term of the Obligation. The Recipient acknowledges that the Project records and locations are public records.

PROJECT ACCESS. Arrange for access to and make all provisions for TRANSYSTEMS to enter upon public and private property as required for TRANSYSTEMS to perform services under this Agreement. All such access shall be provided without condition or restriction unacceptable to TRANSYSTEMS nor shall TRANSYSTEMS be required to indemnify or insure any third party as a condition to such access.
PROJECT ACCESS. The Company shall permit representatives of the Technical Consultant and the Bank to have access to the Project at all reasonable times, and all contracts for construction or operation of all or a portion of the Project shall contain provisions that permit such access and shall permit extracts and copies of Project records to be made by the foregoing persons.

The Contractor agrees to insure that ABAG, the State Water Board, the Governor of the State, the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), the Office of Inspector General, any member of Congress, the President of the United States, or any authorized representative of the foregoing, will have suitable access to the Project site at all reasonable times during Project construction and thereafter for the life of the Project. The Contractor acknowledges that the Project records and locations are public records.
PROJECT ACCESS. The Contractor shall insure that the SWRCB, or any Project Representative thereof, has suitable and reasonable access to the Project site at all reasonable times for the useful life of the Project.
