Budget Information definition

Budget Information for purposes of this Agreement, shall mean complete copies of all current General Fund budget reports, including Joint Reports (together with all amendments or supplements thereto); Three-Month, Six-Month, and Nine-Month Budget Status Reports; copies of documents showing any reduction or increase in state or federal funding from the budgeted levels; current monthly and year-to-date balance sheets for each Enterprise Department employing members of PEC unions; aggregate payroll costs paid by the General Fund by bargaining unit and the total number of full time equivalents (FTEs) supported by the General Fund by bargaining unit; information on other balancing solutions proposed to date.
Budget Information for purposes of this Agreement, shall mean complete copies of all reports provided to the SFMTA Board, and confirmed by an expert selected and paid by the PEC. The expert shall be given access to supporting information for SFMTA’s budget reports, financial records, aggregate payroll costs by bargaining unit and the total number of FTEs within the appropriate bargaining unit and information on any balancing solution proposed to address deficits.
Budget Information means Builder’s then current budgeting and cost information for the construction of the Residences, all as reflected in Builder’s internal cost accounting system, including the monthly Sales and Marketing Fee and monthly Overhead Fee. As various costs change, Builder may update the Budget Information from time to time. Builder makes no representation regarding the Budget Information and Owner shall bear the risk that the actual costs and expenses exceed the estimated/budgeted costs.

  • The Buy-Back Program agrees to advance or reimburse, pursuant to 2 C.F.R. § 200.305, funds to the Participating Tribe for costs in accordance with the Scope of Work, Statement(s) of Work, and the SF-424A Budget Information for Non-Construction Programs form submitted as part of the Participating Tribe’s application for funding.
