This Agreement Governs. Executive acknowledges and agrees that the Employer Parties have made no promises, commitments or representations to Executive other than those contained in this Agreement and that Executive has not relied upon any statement or representation made by any Employer Party with respect to the basis or effect of this Agreement or otherwise.
